[Resolved] HCL Technologies — Online PF Transfer rejected due to EPS not received | ||
Hi Team, I am an ex employee of HCL Technologies Ltd. and my Employee Id # 51471644 with PF Account# GNGGN[protected], was employed for period 23rd September 2013 to 3rd May 2015. Then I joined Citicorp Services India Private Limited, where PF transfer was shown settled in EPFO portal. But when I joined another Company AIG Analytics & Services Private Limited then again when I initiated the online PF transfer it got rejected with two reasons- "1) PREVIOUS EPS SERVICE NOT RECEIVED. 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS." I raised Grievance also to get more information but grievance closed with statement- "GN/GGN/5572 is an Exempted establishment and you are working in an Exempted establishment (PF managed by company itself and Pension fund by EPF Organization). You may contact your establishment to get the PF statement. Sir regarding for pf amount kindly contact to HCL because PF is maintained through HCL. Therefore you are requested to contact the trust administrator for your issues related to PF at the email id [protected]@hcl.com or sandeepkumar.[protected]@hcl.com." I have already emailed the above mentioned email id and [protected]@hcl.com to get Annexure k on 30th Dec2020 but no response received yet. Kindly share concerned person email id /contact number or share Annexure k and also confirm the Father and Spouse name showing in your system for my account, so that I can rectify and take appropriate steps. Even I got same response from epfo when they rejected my pf transfer they said hcl has not provided EPS details to rpfc gurgaon.
Are you able to transfer your pf now how it is resolved I have annexure k but how you uploaded it in pf transfer portal there is no option
