I am ex employee of hcl, resigned on mar - 27 - 2017 and applied for pf withdrawal on june - 1 - 2017 and sent all the documents to them through speed courier and got mail from them saying documents has been received and it is under process, after that status has never changed since then, i have been contacting through hcl pf help desk but no response from them. I join hcl TSS process and I pay to hcl 250000 rupees by axis loan scheme. I quit hcl in June. My hr said to me your refund amount will be transfer with in 15 working days. But I didn't get my refund . I am paying my EMI to axis bank. Now my hr and chatted account didn't responding. Pls solve my problem ASAP.
