[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — Poor HCL HR and recruitment process

Hi, I am an IT professional in a MNC at Kolkata location. On 8th November(Sat) 2014 I had attended HCL walk in drive at Kolkata location for UNIX shell scripting and PL/SQL. The work location is Bangalore. I had selected on that walk in. In that time the recruiter told me that on 10th November(Monday) you should send your required documents to HCL HR Rohit Punia (punia.[protected]@hcl.com). I had sent my all documents to HCL HR on 10th Nov before 10:00 AM. On 11th I got a call from HR and asking all my details about experience, salary, notice period. After that no communication with me. I am also waiting for HR response. On 22nd November HCL HR had called me and again asking my all details(experience, salary, notice period). There I have clearly told my notice period is 2 months and its not negotiable. On 28th Nov I had received HCL offer letter and there my doj is mentioned within 45 days. How they could do till now I don't know. In that time I have sent a mail to HCL HR that please extend my notice period(becuase I have to serve my notice period 60 days and need some time to relocate to Kolkata to Bangalore). But several times sending mail to HR, finally on 3rd December he replied that he can't extend my doj due Business critically. Now my question is - 1. if its really Business critically, then why HCL HR had taken 19 days to generate my offer letter. 2. In spite of telling why they have mentioned my date of joining within 45 days. 3. They should know about the Geographical location. Kolkata and Bangalore is not in same place. 4. Why they are giving so delay response.
