HCL Technologies — Reference letter not received

Hi team,

I'm an ex-employee of HCL Technologies (Chennai).
My employee ID: 51438425
My tenure with HCL: 18th Oct 2012 to 7th July 2017

I sent an email to [protected]@hcl.com with all the details on 25th May 2023, requesting a Reference letter for immigration purposes.
And sent two times reminders also till now but there is no response from HCL EVL support team.

There is no other contact information to reach them.
I hope atleast this message will reach them as this much delay is not acceptable for immgration purposes.

Waiting to for a response from HCL Technologies EVL support team as soon as possible.
