Hi Team,

Good evening!

This is Hazinayab Duvvuru, Ex HCL employee and my SAP id is 51943618. On 31st May 2023, I applied for PF withdrawal. On 2nd June 2023, I got a settlement approval mail from HCL but still my withdrawal amount is not credited to my bank account. I raised a couple of grievances in https://hcl.factohr.com/GrievancePortal grievance portal but no action has been taken, simply resolving the grievances.

Even i tried calling the PF withdrawal HCL help desk India number([protected]) during Days:Monday to Friday and call timings:11am to 5pm but the number was switched off.

SLA of 20 days has been breached/passed 6 days back. I would request you to please check on this and see my PF withdrawal amount credited to my bank account ASAP. Please let me know if any actions are needed from my side. Attached the related documents. PFA. Thank you!

Hello Team,

I worked in HCL from 13/10/2014 to 27/05/2016. I applied to transfer to my PF to my present company(IBM india p ltd). I applied to transfer my PF account to my IBM account(PYKRP[protected]. In HCL my member id is GNGGN[protected]. When i request to transfer i just got the message its approved but it says zero amount transferred. Online claim transfer form 13 is with me. Do i need to send this form 13 printed copy. Please tell me which address i need to send this form. My HCL employee id is 51524991 and my id was santhanamuthu.[protected]@hcl.com

always HR will say still didn't receive approval.
