HCL Technologies — Refund not credited

This is Pranjali S.

I received a mail from Kesavaraj T Reddy and Sandeep Kumar saying i was selected to apply for a HCL with CTC and the first careers program without ctc if i dint clear interview..

First I paid 5000 rupees through NEFT and den kesavraj called me and said to pay another 5000 for the other program as well ...

Then he said the first 5000 paid through neft was not credited so he asked for imps which i did..

Then he said he will refund 15000 and said to pay 10000 together via imps..

I dint get refund but he sent some receipts which showed he paid through neft which i never received..

I paid additional 10000 even before receiving 15000..

Then he said i had to pay the gst amount of 27000 rupees for the secong program even though i had not given the interview itself...

Thats when i told i want to withdraw so he told send withdrawal mail and money of 25000 will be refunded..

I did that but its been a month and i am continuously calling and sending mails but no response and i dint get the refund of 25000 rupees yet ..

Please refund the amount at the earliest else I will take legal action..
