HCL Technologies — Refund of money

My Son, Mr Nihar Satish Mane was applied with HCL Tech as Gratutate TRainee on 10 th April 2023

On 11th April 2023, he received Interview Letter from HCL Teams ie Mr Sandeep Kumar (PH : [protected]) from Bangalore, Whitefield and as per the interview. requirement, my son has paid Rs.4640 as fees for the interview and his interview was scheduled on the same day at 5.30 pm by Mr Sandeep Kumar

Mr Sandeep Kumar has informed him that he has to pay again Rs.4640 as training cost. My son again paid Rs.4640 on same day.

Before the interview, my son received a call letter from HCL and same time Mr Sandeep Kumar called him and informed him that my son has to pay Rs.4640 + Rs.4640 = Rs 9280 at once and he is returning his earlier amount with immediate effect. As per instruction, my son paid Rs 9280.00 as the interview cost.

After 5.30 pm, Mr Sandeep Kumar informed him on the phone that as he is selected for the job, he has to undergo the training with HCL And he has to pay Rs 27, 000 + GST immediately. and he will get Rs 27000.00 after completion of training.

Details of payment are as follows:

.1)] Rs.4640/- paid as fees mentioned as 1st half on date 10th April 2023
2] Rs.4640/- paid as fees mentioned as 2st half on date 10th April 2023 3] Rs. 9280/- paid as fees mentioned in full amount on date 10th April 2023
4] Rs. 27000/- paid as the amount for HCL First careers on date 10th April 2023
5] Rs. 4860/- paid as GST on the Amount of Rs.27000/- on date 10th April 2023

After that Mr Sandeep Kumar informed us that we will get the money after 48 hours. As we have not received the money, we were trying to conctact him on his cell for more than 100 times. He didnot pichup the calls nor we received our money.

Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and refund our money ASAP.
