PF transfer is failing saying service not received from previous office and HCL(Bangalore) PF account is mentioned after that.

I moved to BT and there transfer was successful from HCL, now while applying from BT to Saama (my current company in Pune) it says error from HCL service.

Error: Service Not Received from Previous Office GNGGN[protected].

when PF transfer is issued from BT, why it's failing from HCL?

[protected]@gmail.com is my email id. Please help as no proper contact is available for HCL PF account and PF office as usual told check with HCL.

        Hi I got relieved on June 24, 2022 but still I didn't receive my experience and relieving letter from my company and I was asked to pay recovery due. After I reached HR department I got reply as ''your letter will be uploaded soon''. But till date I didn't get my letters and there is no response from their end. It been more than 10months I'm waiting for the experience and relieving letters

            I have selected in hcl rech on 1st march.. Now I get offer letter with joining date 13 April recently (5th April).. But in this time i have joined other organization. Now I want to extend my joining date try to communicate with assigned HR recruiters via mail/call but she is not responding..

              Hcl techbees get very low salary and very less appraisal as compared to other employees but the work load and pressure is more than other employees. They dont have right to raise their voices. They are simply fired, scholars take education LOAN to pay training fee and they are fired in between only.. now consider the pressure and stress they go through moreover their no platform to raise voice. Hcl is such a ### organization taking advantage of these scholars and ruining there life.. something must be done to overcome these otherwise Indian youth and young minds are in danger.

                I left HCL by 2018. But still my pension is not transferred to my next organization. I submitted online transfer request and it's pending for approval from HCL Technologies for long time.

                  Unable to login to HCL Offboarding Portal - Invalid OTP Error

                  Good day. I'm the Former Employee of HCL Technologies, Chennai.
                  I would like to request for EPF transfer to my new Account. Trying to login to Offboarding portal ( https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx )

                  1. I entered login details. It sends the otp to my registered personal email.
                  2. I entered the received otp. It says invalid otp.

                  Probably my Id is deactivated. I tried reaching...

                  Selected and salary agreed but offer letter not received

                  I got confirmation email of selection on 30th January 2023. HR discussion was completed on 6th February 2023 and agreed the CTC and HR told me that i will receive my offer letter in 1-2 weeks time its been almost 2 months but i have not received any update.

                  I have called HR (Gowthami Bunreddy), messaged, emailed and what not i tried everything to reach but she is rejecting my calls on the first ring and seeing my msgs in whatsapp...

                  PF/Pension Service history not reflecting correctly

                  Problem: I dont see my service history for my HCL Technologies Ltd. tenure from 1st Aug 2002 to 6th Aug 2010 as at that time there was no UAN as such. My PF was maintained by HIL trust (account no. My employee id was 40105548, My PF account no. was HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/26892). Note - I got my balance successfully transferred, so no issue there with amount. But, the problem is that my service history of HCL is not showing up under my EPFO...

                  Pending Work experience letter for Visa Application

                  I am trying to reach HCL Technologies Team over phone and email to get Work experience letter in certain format for my VISA application.
                  They are not just responding to calls or emails.
                  It is urgent for me but really cant reach anyone.
                  I have tried raising support request as well. No response from there as well.

                    I had a bond signed for HCL for 2 years. I had to leave the company before 3 months the bond period. I had only 3 months left in bond period but they are asking full amount even though i served for 1 year 8 months. They are not releasing my experience letter.

                            I was hired for Team Leader role in HCL but they are asking me to join as L1 agent in HCL.
                            I am team leader is my current organization.
                            I got Offer letter on 15th Feb. I have sent email started from 16th Feb till 10th March to get to know the project name/Job role/my designation .
                            HR did not clarify anything to me on call/email.
                            I had resigned from my current organization and my last working day is 14th March. After taking multiple follow-up and back back 50 calls to HR and interview scheduler and delivery partners, they told me to contact HR only.
                            At last moment, HR says that your job role in take calls. I got L1 job role in HCL however I am TEAM LEADER having 9 years experience in current organization.
                            So this is how they were spoiling my career.
                            I am very disappointed with HCL which is very good organization but making us fool.

                              I am ex employee of hcl technologies ltd. i have raised a request to transfer my pf account in august 2021, the same was accepted by co. it shows account settled but amount settled is Zero.
