HCL Technologies — Relieving Letter missing in Separation Portal

My Relieving letter is missing in the HCL Separation Portal. I separated from HCL on 25th May 2022. I paid my Full and Final Settlement to the company as per the company's policies and procedures on June 20, 2023. I sent the payment proof details to the mentioned mail id. But I haven't got any responses from their end. I am in urgent need of the Relieving Letter and I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this matter and provide me with the relieving letter on separation portal.
