[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — relieving letter not yet issued after one week on lwd for sap id[protected]

Hi,

I have been employed with HCL on 31st October 2016 and got relieved on 04th October 2019.

The relieving letter and experience letter not been generated in my separation portal as it's been one week since i left HCL. I have got all the clearance from respective stakeholders before 6PM on my LWD.

I have sent mail to ([protected]@hcl.com) respective team who handles this for couple of times but no response from them.

am completely disappointed, the MNC is doing such silly things. I don't know why they are not even responding. I desperately need my relieving letter to join with my new employer.

Kindly help me to get my relieving letter at the earliest.

Hope you understand the importance of this issue.

I have received my Relieving and Experience letter after one month of my LWD from HCLT.
HCL Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Relieving letter and experience letter not received from hcl after my last working day don't know whom I should reach out to as I don't have access to the site.

I checked in separation portal but file not found error is been generated.

Kindly look into this.

When and how did you recieve the reliving letter ?
I completed my LWD on Dec-2-2022, I haven't received the relieving letter still.

It's been 10 days.

Hi Team,

I did not join hcl technologies on the date of joining - but then also hcl technologies sent me off boarding formalities with one day employment - but I did not get any relieving letter or experienced letter. They added it to my of service history also. I have raised incident on grievances portal on the procedure to get relieving letter formally - I did not get any response. Can someone explain how to proceed to get a relieving letter
