Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Dhanasekaran A R S, Ex employee of HCL and my employee ID was[protected]. I resigned from HCL on 28/01/2022 and My new company holds my Onboarding. They have asked me to send a snap of my UAN which is linked with my Aadhar card. When I tried, I logged into the EPFO portal. I faced an issue stating that "Name received from UIDAI service does not match with the available data in Unified Portal".
We sent all requested documents with a joint declaration form to the HCL PF Department in Noida address. And it was delivered on 11th feb'2022.
PF Number : [protected]
EPFO Pension Number : [protected]
UAN Number :[protected]
We are unable to activate the UAN number due to the name mismatch between the Aadhar card and PF account.
One week before we are received from (HCL_PF.[protected]@hcl.com) regarding Your joint declaration already submitted to RPFC office for further process?
After getting this mail, its been 9 days. May I know the current status of my form?
Also, is there any possible way to resolve this request as soon as possible?
