This is to inform you that I have not withdrawn any amount from SBI ATM, then how it will showing in your bank data. How come SBI will prove that if there is no transaction from my side. If I withdraw the amount on that day then SBI must have CCTV footage and I need that as prove.
I am very much frustrated the way you are tackling this issue and will go for the legal action if this will not be sorted out.

Based on complain, ICICI Bank raised a charge back on SBI Bank as per the process laid down by NPCI ( National Payments Corporation of India) on inter bank ATM dispute settlements. NPCI is incorporated as per the guidelines of RBI to operate for the benefit of all the member Bank's and their customers.
We wish to inform you that we had raised the complain for transaction amounting to Rs. 10, 000 dated July 5, 2015 and the same was re-presented by the other bank stating it to be a successful transaction which is fully paid.
We have taken up the matter with the opposite bank again by raising pre-arbitration as per NPCI guidelines. The acquiring bank once again rejected our claim and confirmed that the transaction is a successful transaction.

I am not agreed with the given comment.. Please cross check and provide the fruitful response. else I would be forced to take necessary Legal action. As this amount was not received by me. during the transaction ATM got Hanged and I waited for more than 15 min for the transaction money. Then I contacted to the security guard available at the ATM site & he guided me to raise the issue with helpdesk.
One more thing why the subjected ticket resolved without contacting me or any resolution provided. So I am requesting you to please reopen my ticket and investigate further.
