HCL Technologies — UAN Number and EPS Status

Dear Team,

I am an ex-employee of HCL worked from 19 Dec 2011 to 02 Sep 2014 with an SAP ID: 51407478. Below are more details pertained to HCL employment:

Initially I submitted the request for PF transfer to Cognizant Technology Solutions account through the employer and I noticed only PF amount has transferred and EPS amount has not been reflected in Cognizant account nor service details of HCL(Annexure K). I wrote multiple emails from last 2 years to PF helpdesk team requesting the help on EPS amount transfer and didn't get any update till date. Please provide the update on my EPS amount transfer status.

I am trying to withdraw the PF amount from Cognizant account through UAN portal while doing so I am unable to raise the claim due to following message "The bank account linked with this account is also linked with the following UANs : 10021445XXXX (with different demographic details). If these UANs are yours, then please get the basic details corrected in your other UANs and link them with your Aadhar for transfer of your accounts to the present one. If this bank account is not yours then please add your correct bank account and get it approved by the employer to avail online claim facility." I wrote multiple emails to PF help desk requesting my UAN number that has been created by HCL so that I can transfer HCL UAN account to Cognizant UAN account to proceed with PF withdrawal claim. Please provide me the UAN number.
