HCL Technologies — Unable to download relieving and experience letter

I somehow lost previously downloaded relieving and experience letter from HCL. I managed to find the link to find the link to my separation portal where i had downloaded it previously. But now,
I am unable to download my relieving letter and experience letter from hcl separation portal.
My sap id is 51537511 and my last working day in hcl was on dec 20, 2019 and all clearances has been done.

While trying to get the relieving letter, the portal is throwing a pop up showing "relieving letter not found" and it is showing the same for experience letter too..

I need relieving letter on urgent basis as i have to join new company.

Kindly upload relieving letter and experience letter asap or let me know if anything required from my end.
