HCL Technologies — unable to get annexure k document from hcl for pf transfer completion

I have raised a pf transfer request online from hcl (Previous company) to my current company. And i was informed that annexure k is required to complete the transfer from hcl. When tried to reach out to hcl for pf transfer unable to get proper response on whom to contact or where to reach out to solve this issue. I requested for my pg transfer from hcl to my current pf. The status was showing Approved - Pending for Disbursement on 09-Apr-2018. Still no update from hcl. I already sent around 15 mails to [protected]@hcl.com to resolve my issues or to get updates. But they are not replying my mail rather sending simple auto reply. Kindly resolve my issue.

I have sent mail about one month back to HCL Technolgies @ helpdesk for PF amount transfer to my new organisation, but there is no response from HCL Technologies so far. May pl expedite.
