Hi I am unable to login to myseperation portal by using the following link: https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx It worked for about 1 month but for the last 1 week it is asking for otp and it is sending otp to my hcl email id which is not valid anymore. I have contacted hcl servicedesk but they are unable to help me. They asked me to send an email to '[protected]@hcl.com' which I have already done but there is no response. Now I am unable to access my hcl relieving letter and my pf account. Please let me know who can help me to get my personal email ([protected]@gmail.com) updated on this portal. my empid is 51303248 my hcl email id was [protected]@hcl.com my personal email id is [protected]@gmail.com +2 photos Was this information helpful? I am also facing the same issue. It is sending otp to my email id which are invalid ones.Not able to login to portal and unable to access PF account.

I'm also facing same OTP problem.. I left hcl on May 4th.

I sent email to [email protected] team but no response received so far.

If anyone's issue resolved, it would be great if u could let me know the same

***ISSUE RESOLVED***
Whoever facing OTP issue, pls send an email to [email protected] and keep chasing with them, they will resolve your issue. In the meantime try to reset your password.

I am also facing same issue as they have now asked me to submit PF related document on HCL separation portal not sure why and I am not able to login.

Hi All, I was also facing the same issue. (Was not receiving OTP).
Below was my case but hope it might help others.
When I did password reset, I received the mail with new password but noticed that new password was sent to two email ids (other being my older gmail id which was present in HCL system even though I updated with new one during notice period).
Later when I checked the earlier email id I found that OTP was coming in that email.
In short try resetting your password and when you receive mail just check if any other email id is also present. Thanks.
