Dear sir, I am rupesh kruplani my employee id r29728 in merchant department. I joined date is 7th january, 2017 and resigned date is 31st may, 2018. I applied for a provident fund in march 2019. But, still i did not receive my provident fund amount. So, i request you to process my provident fund amount and ensure as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply.
