I was employee of ADFC my employee code was adfc71053 as HDB had taken over from ADFC .
I had work last 6 year I had resign on 16 june 2021 as internal got promoted hdfc bank payroll .I Got reliving letter in which name mention
IN correct NAME :Husaid Chaudhary
Correct Name Husaid Ahmed Chaudhary
I had applied for job to different organization were i was selected i have submit all document which I did but The Reviling Letter was given By HDB name was incorrect Bcoz I had submitted all document MY Full Name was mention Husaid AHMED CHAUDHARY .
When I approach for name correction to wilson house to our hdb FNF team they deny to have any word then I approach to MY hdfc bank manager to look in this matter my manager request that name was incorrect he mail to vijay kumar rane FNF team Head but he say inactive agent no changes can be done i requested for just male conformation that this reliving belong to Husaid ahmed chaudhary but he say it was Auditable issue
When Hdb Team Credited by Salary In Hdfc Account In that My name was Husaid Ahmed Chaudhary that was not auidtable issue And Pan card Adhar Card EVEN THOU THEY PROVIDE FORM 16 in that also my full name mention at that point no auditable issue now i Require so they have auditable before approaching here i was gone to wilson house for my concern but security no given meet Vijay Kumar Rane And person Name Kaushik had word by security they not have any time to meet What Kind Of HR job they Are Doing I can Say
I will Attached FEW DOCUMENT SO THAT THEY COME TO KNOW ALREADY ALL THIS WAS SHARE THRU MAIL BUT NO REVERT ON MY MAIL, kindly request you pls provide correct name reviling letter or mail conforming that this reviling letter belong to him
