Redhills hdb finance no response waste for hdb workers in redhills branch

I have purchased a washing machine on 26th Jan2022. To avail HDB offer I was convinced to make purchase on Monthly EMI. I was not in favour of EMI. They convinced me how it is profitable. Processing fees is additional charges customer has to pay.

as a rule not employee should be working above 9 hours a day without his/her consent and if she/she is worling then he /she is eligible for overtime pay here we are working 12 hours a day and not getting anything even sometimes of weekend (they are forcing us to work on weekends ) after all that i gave my resigned because of family health issue and there is a term that if an employee is not able to complete notice period than company can take the notice period duration salary and accept resignation but there they are forcing me to complete my probation period otherwise i will be absconded i have all the proof of health issues which are going on all of the team even hr team is not helpul they are saying talk to your mentor ad mentor is saying talk to hr

And also the company give me abscond letter as I also serve the notice period to them. If there is something left or any mistake has been done by me during and before my reliving let me know.

I had purchased a Sony TV last year on EMI with HDBFS. The employee showed me in the form that after completing the 8 EMI’s I will receive a cash back of 2500/-. But till date I have not received any cash back. Now the employee says that he has left the organisation and cant help.

As I relieved from hdbfs on 03/02/2022 along with the notice period. Still I don't get my relieving acceptance from the organization. Kindly help to get my need.

My Employee ID is (114428) I had joined the organization on 28th May 2019 as a (Trainee- Classic on Phone) and left the organization on 3rd October 2019
I had medical issues so I couldn't not serve the notice period I had provided all my medical prescription and certificates to my team leader Mr Purshottam Pandey and I didn't wanted to left the organization but when I tried to reach back to them they said you are not allowed to work anymore here as you have absconded, which I had not this decision was made by the company itself. Now for further endeavors I need relieving letter they are asking me to pay Rupees 18000/- as notice recovery period which I was ready to serve but managers or company itself not allowed me, I m not going to pay any amount back and I sincerely request you to provide me my relieving letter without mentioning I have absconded.
I have attached the screenshot below where they are asking me to pay money for getting relieving letter.

I had taken a consumer durable loan in 2019 and paid it in 2020 but on 12 feb 2022 my account got debited by 295 for no reason. On contacting branch they said it is not done by us. Refund my money back as soon as possible.

We have a personal loan from HDB loan. It's about to end in June. Lately they have started levying charges on our account. For the month of January we weren't able to keep sufficient balance in our account but we did the emi payment online on time. Still they levied a charge of around Rs. 884 and in addition the bank levied charges of Rs. 590. When we went to resolve this issue in HDB branch, the manager told us that our payment was on time and the charges of Rs. 884 will be waived off once the loan will be completed. But now few days later HDB tried to debit that account from our bank account and an additional charges of Rs. 590 have been levied against insufficient balance. This is such a pathetic service both by HDB and Canara Bank. We haven't expected to be cheated like this by HDB.

I worked as a Corporate Sales Executive and completed my resignation formalities by 8th of January under my supervisor with prior knowledge.

I received an absconding letter which is not the case. If there is anything left in the exit process, kindly let me and my supervisor know about the same.
