I bought an appliance and it was financed by HDB, i paid an extra emi and when tried to call no one is entertaining my query, no revert of mail, no response, it's been more than 25 days . Kindly help aa they have send closure certificate.

Loan provider - hdb finance. Chakan
My vehicle has been theft in november 2019. Due to that cause i was not able to pay installments regularly. Now my insurance company approved my insurance & now i am able to forclose / ready to pay one time settlement amount to a finance company. Hdb finance charge a 4.75% extra amount on my basic amount, + penalty, +installment bounce charges, etc. To close the loan account. My request to you give me the relief in this amount. Because due to theft incident i was not paid installments regularly & now insurance company will pay full amount to you, it’s a natural accident & i am helpless in this. Kindly understand my concern & provide me an relief. I am ready to pay basic amount with interest till date. But i can't received any reply from hdb finance.

but only one emi pending there after they are calling on daily basis and tourching me

Dear sir,

I have taken a loan from hdb finance (Loan account number[protected]. The lap is on my individual name rajesh bhola.
I requested foreclosure from hdb, they are charging foreclosure charges @4.72%.
As per rbi guidelines foreclosure charges are not applicable on individual personal names. Screenshot attached.

Please help me against this fraud done.
I shall be very thankful to you.

I have been asking for moratorium as i lost my job still they are not giving one they said govt can tell anything but we are giving 3 months only.. Resulted in bounce charges and now recovery agents are harrasing me telling me to pay for 3 months together and when shared the call records of harassment their customer support officer mr aravind told me recovery agent will call you and you should pay 3 months emi together i am nit given moratorium i don't have job plus they are charging with bounce charges below is the harssement call of recovery agents

I have a total of 6 six emis total remaining is 4 emi and i am facing the problem of corona and till now i am unable to pay the remaining amount of emi. But its been 17-day passes and my salary is not credited in my account i tell the emi agent i solve all the remain amount and emi and closed the loan as i got my salary but they didn't listen as per the indian law we have at least 90 days to pay emi then why you are forcing the mental trouble. I have purchased ac in ratna fan t nagar via hdb financial service through emi option while purchasing i got offer of 4000 cash back in hdb and they have taken signature for 4000 rupees cashback from me. Now i have paid all my outstanding emi when i asked cashback for cash back they sent jus 2000 rupees and that's it if i ask they are contact branch bla bla. Despite of rbi giving moratorium till august, hdb rejected my moratorium for july and august even after submitting bank statement for not having job due to pandemic, no proper response on mail and call, they sent recovery agent at my home even when supreme court increased the moratorium till 28th september.. The recovery agent first continuously called and abused me, now he came to house without permission and threatened me to pay emi immediately...

I relieved hdb financial services feb 17.02.2020 also i send relieving letter to official mail i'd i attached screen shot also i paid my f&f settlement rs. 8378 also i attached neft details. But in my relieving letter they mentioned improper, incomplete, irregular how can i take this team. This is disappointed even i am sending resignation letter and f&f settlement everything did correctly but they wrongly updated...

Time of incident: Around 11.25 AM

There are two people Named Bhupinder singh and Abhishek from HDB finance or claimed to be from HDB finance.

I was looking for personal loan online so i got call from Abhishek (Mob [protected]) and told me, HDB finance offering laon on zero percent, which is not possible so i asked how come zero percent then he explained.

whatever amount you want as Loan, you have to purchase policy of 10% of your desired Loan amount and you have to re-new it for 10 years on years basis and HDB finance will get surrender amount of policy when get matured.

I thought it's win-win as bank will get their interest as surrender value and i somehow got convinced to buy that policy of 1 Lac rupees as I was planning to take loan of 10 lac.

and i was told that, once i purchase Policy i.e LIC policy, i will get policy bond delivered on my current address within 3-4 working days and once bond is received let us know, someone from HDB finance will visit you and will morgue policy and collect documents and you will get loan of 10 lac within 7 working days.

if i didn't get as promised then i can cancel policy within 30 days of purchasing it and you will get full refund of full amount within 48 hrs.

unfortunately it was all seems okay that time and i got trapped.

they asked me what is payment mode, either you can pay from debit card which you can directly pay to LIC of india payment merchant site or in case of credit card you need to pay via CMS finances payment gateway which is payment partner for LIC, even i have checked this on google and CMS seems legit company and they also shared IRDA no. of CMS company on queries and again i was convinced.

so i have been in touch with Bhupinder (Played Senior role, Mob- [protected], [protected], EMail : - [protected]@hdfs.in, [protected]@gmail.com)and ABhishek (played Junior role) constantly.

So i have made transaction using my credit card sum of one lac rupees and i got email from mail id - [protected]@licindia.in, once i saw email i got suspicious as I know LIC has domain "LIC.COM", also there is spelling mistake in email so i have asked for more proof of their identity and they have send me Aadhar, PAN and i have also asked to email me from official mail id of HDB finance so they did but again it has domain - ".IN" instead of ".COM" so i have asked them to video call me so i can match their face with ID they have sent but they didn't video call and made some excuses like it's not allowed in office.
i told them offices are closed so they told me Mahalaxmi branch of Mumbai is open and he is there so i googled and that branch was closed that day.

so i rushed to HDFC bank helpline no. to revoke that transaction on my credit card but due to COVID19 situation helpline options are so limited and it took me 2 hrs to somehow got connected to HDFC person and i have narrated whole incident to him and he raised dispute on my card.

also i have asked those Abhishek and Bhupinder to cancel my policy purchase and refund amount so they asked reason and said ok will cancel.
again they send that faulty email from "licindia.in"

and they promises that i will get my refund in 24 hrs, and i have raised this to my credit card bank so that's all i have in mind that i can that time.

then after 24 hrs, i didn't get refund i called AbhishekBhupinder back so they told me that my policy login didn't happened so cancel request didn't get accepted so they will login my file first and then they can cancel so i will get my money back in 7 days as it will take time.

I have calledtexted them many time but after 1-2 days they started to avoiding my calls which is still stands as they are not responding my call or texts.

I have also went to nearest police station to file FIR but it is cyber crime so they didn't register and asked to visit cyber crime office.

so i have checked online and i have filed online cyber crime incident (Incident ACK no.- [protected]).

Please check attachments where i have attached everything i have related to incident, HDB ID's are claimed one from Bhupinder and other from his boss.

and please help me get my one lac rupees back and take action against those criminal who is looting normal people's hard earned money.
