Hdb finance are rejecting the moratorium which i have applied and charging intrest for same i have applied from march to august as due to covid travel industry is not in good phase.. My income has stopped before march every emi was up to date never missed any and when using moratorium they are rejecting

      Very good day

      Encumbrance certificate attached for your references (Boxed in red), clearly says, sale was executed on 20th mar 2020 illegally, while the case was pending in drt1 chennai

      This is a serious crime as far as i understand, this is cheat and punishable offence

      Heads up!!!, please be prepared to face legal actions against the branch and on the respective bank officials (David[protected], anantha - [protected], dayanithi[protected] for the crime they have encountered. I could sense, this illegal sale was executed to achieve yearly financial target.

      1. Why sale was executed when case is still pending in drt1 chennai (Sa135 / 2019, sa 67/2020 9th mar)?
      2. Your office failed to respond to the case sa067/2020?
      3. What is the necessity of executing this sale without following legal procedures?
      4. What is the necessity of executing our property, when other 2 properties of our business partners are on hold?
      5. It is evident that your bank officials are working with mr. Vijayanathan (Who is our business partner and cheated us) for a common agenda
      6. It is evident that because buyer (Mr. Mahesh) is pressurizing you for hand over of property, you guys are threatening us to remove our belongings?
      7. Did you mention to the buyer that case in drt1 chennai is pending?
      8. Is this how you do deal with innocent civilians?
      9. Is this how you make profits?

      Few corrupted people in your good office, is actually tarnishing your organization reputation badly.

      Please take internal enquiry and necessary actions immediately on those officials who does not want to follow legal procedures

      We are disappointed, dejected, frustrated, fed up with cheap tricks played by you people. Our dream of retaining the property legally is shattered, our property is our life line. It is my father's hard earned money.

      My parents (Senior citizens) have already depressed, because our business partner cheated us. Now i am more worried on their health, because of this illegal sale. I am preparing myself to reveal this shocking news to them and if i see deterioration of my parents health on hearing this news. You are the responsible for the consequences, please make a note!!!

      Have also registered a complaint with pmo office again, mentioning illegal sale execution

                I have a product loan in your financial service, my loan no. 9266838. It's already completed in 02/05/2020 but in june month 1 extra emi instalment of rs.1633/- auto debited from my account and now again showing next emi installment will be debited on 02/07/2020.                 Dear sir/mam
                I am trying to raise request for morotorim but hdb finance not ready to give becuase as per policy if any emi due that person is not eligible but i already requested before the date. When i visit on site did procedure till the otp process is ok after that window showing error so i am trying to contact bank person but they are not responding on call. Now days everyone knows salaries not credited so how can i repay my dues i also did request to them but no one is ready to respond charges are going high now also impacting on cibil score. Hope you people understand the concern and help out.
                It's really verry bad condition so they have to understand and proceed the morotorim

                  I am trying to avail moratorium for my loan and the link web site they provide does not recognise my phone number, loan number nor my pan number. I am so fed up trying to follow up with them. All details are correct because i get monthly messages of my loan deduction to the same number, with loan number mentioned that i'm using.
                  Such a pathetic and horrible service from hdbfs. My emi got deducted this month. No sense of responsibility for this fs. I want someone get my moratorium activated. I've been providing accurate details, it's your side that's not actioning it, not sure it's a delebrate step

                      I have applied for moratorium 2.0 for my personal Loan 1320183

                      But HDB rejected and posting 2 ecs in my Kotak bank which is got return and bank will charge me ₹750 for each ex's return and now next will placed on 12th June after explaining loss of jib situation on email on 1st June 2020

                      But keep adding ecs failed charges in my loan account.

                      I need compensation for the same and will not pay ecs charges

                        I got the moratorium for the month of April and May. Requested for the extension of the same. But bank considered me ineligible.
                        1) They presented ECS/cheque on 4th June, I had no money as I am not getting salary. Cheque/ECS bounced.
                        2) They sent a sms on 6th morning that again they would present ECS/ Cheque again. It bounced again.

                        I sent them an email, no response.
                        3) They sent a message again on 10th morning that ECS/ Cheque would be presented again. It bounced again due to insufficient fund.

                        This is impacting my CIBIL score plus costing me bounce charges both ways, through my bank account and by HDBFS.
                        This is a serious issue and needs to be fixed.

                          Dear sir i am applied moratorium on march month mr selvam branch manager told to pay bcz your newly taken a loan. Again may 28 th call to mr selvam and ask for moratorium 2.0 but its rejected due my loan number wrong. And ask for mr selvam he told loan number 8 digits only but u have 8 digits for new customer and rbi told moratorium only for red zone containment zone people not for you. Again i was tried and ask for lot of time he was not answered properly. Yesterday 7/6/2020 evening he was spoken and must pay with over due. I[censored] not balanced for 3 month emi why you take a loan. And must pay. Otherwise daily interest increase and scold me disconnect. I was lodge a compliant against bank in rbi portal and mail to [protected]@hdbfs.com and their hdbf website but no response. I will file a legal complaint against bank and mr selvam branch manager for rude behaviour like gundas...

                            On the captioned subject, this to bring in your kind notice that i have
                            Taken personal loan vide loan account no 7403688 from your bank. My
                            Main source of income is through hospitality industry and the same is got affected due to current scenario of
                            Lock down. As per the latest loan repayment relaxation announcement by rbi, i wish to get the
                            Benefit of three months moratorium (June to august 2020); which will help me to reduce my financial burden in this crucial
                            Time. But to my utter dismay, the same is not getting accepted by hbd financial services, i have requested through their portal and same is getting rejected with unknown reason.
                            I have even escalated my issue with their grievance redressal officer, but no response is received.
                            I am assuring with my past payment records that i will start paying the emi / payments on regular basis as per the rbi guidelines after the extension.

                            Kindly do the needful and grant me the benefits of moratorium period.

                              Hi,
                              As we all know the current situation in the country and the uncertainty which has come with it. I have an active loan since last 17 month whose emi is 9445 and i have never missed a repayment. I have always been vary of my credit record and tried to be a good borrower. But since the lockdown has started, my salaryy has been reduced and i have to look after two families which is very straining and difficult.
                              This is the reason i had applied for moratorium 1.0 and i was granted the same but for moratorium 2.0 suddenly i am not eligible. How does this work? Suddenly i am making money? Is that what the bank/company thinks? Can they enforce such policies when the rbi has given clear directions about allowing moratorium for whoever wants to opt?
                              I have no way of paying the emis yet they are forcing to do so and they will hamper my credit score and i will be charged for bounced emis. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?

                              I want to be considered for moratorium 2.0 (June 2020 to august 2020) as there is just no way of paying the emi. Kindly resolve the issue for me.

                                I had applied for moratorium on 28th may 2020 for my loan account no. 2309260 and 1147083 at curstomercare by email and received a revert mail that they are in process and i should file again on 1st june at website of the company. Again on 1st june i applied for but my request was rejected.

                                I asked to branch to mr. Naveen vijay but he is helpless.

                                Due to lockdown my cashflow is disturbed and in financial crunch to pay emi

                                On 4th june both emi was debited to my account

                                It is unfair that without giving reason they rejected my request.

                                  Loan no 10974885, emi had been deducted twice from my account last month that's may. I had already send an email to the concern authority or department for the refund of excess amount and also registered a call complaint towards the deduction. Still there is no refund process yet, kindly look into this situation asap, as it's a covid-19 time kindly consider the issue and rectify it.
