Loan no 10974885, emi had been deducted twice from my account last month that's may. I had already send an email to the concern authority or department for the refund of excess amount and also registered a call complaint towards the deduction. Still there is no refund process yet, kindly look into this situation asap, as it's a covid-19 time kindly consider the issue and rectify it.

My request for moratorium got rejected.
My husband lost job and i m the only earning person in family where i m unable to fulfill it. There is no income of source that i have. There are deductions happening as well. My mom dad and grandma is covid positive and are in icu now, in this current scenario i am unable to manage hospital and loan expence together.
I want to opt moratorium 2.0 but unable to opt it wrote that.

Greetings from hdb financial services. A payment of rs. 2849 towards your loan account 8904618 has been received through billdesk on[protected] and updated in our records. I have not received any of my refunds yet, i have made many complaints but no action has been taken so far. Sir, i request you to get a refund soon.

Sir hdb company gives me loan of rs. 2, 10, 000 in month of nov2019. I needed it very urgently. Due to covid 19 honable prime minister gives msg to all emi bank loans that no emi deducted from bank. I already click the option. Now i want to close my loan policy. I am ready to pay all loan amount. But above conpany said that now you give 2, 16, 000 full andfinal payment. Sir my loan amount is rs2, 10, 000. Then why i pay 2, 16, 000. I already pay 4 installments of rs. 8573 every month. Company person said that rs. 8800 included charge for not giving emi of covid19 time.

This is to inform you that, i have been sent you - mail several times, to the concern dept for clear my salary, which i have not yet recieved from the month of february. I have done this job in your branch with full of sincererity and with respect. And my last working day was 19th match 2020 in athgaon branch, guwahati. And i have my resignation letter as well and submit the exit kit to sm in currency chest guwahati. Now almost 3 months has gone, still i am waiting for my salary as my living condition is very poor. This pendemic period, i have face a lot of problems. So, it is a humble request to you, please look into the matter with keen interest and rejoin the accounting office to deliver my salary as soon as possible. I sahll be very thankfull to you.

My concern is i had resigned as sales executive from hdb financial services on 8 may 2019. Whereas i have received my releiving letter and experience certificate from them. Due to some issue i had closed that hdfc account in which my salary got credited every month when i was there employee. But i have recieved mail from them that they had processed my fnf amount which i have not rec. Yet. As i have closed my account (I have informed them via mail) i have already shared my another account details for initiating my fnf but they are not bother about it. It's been a year they have not replied to my mail in a positive manner and they never pick the call as i have tried hundred of times.
