My self koteshwar rao, i had taken vehicle loan from your bank and cleared the loan on 11/12/2019,
We are asking to give loan clearance letter from leela mahal branch, branch manager (Mr. Srinivasulu) not picking up calls and not responding properly, he is behaving very rude to us, after clearing the loan amount again emi amount has been deducted from my bank, loan officer mr. Naresh not at all responding.
My loan account no is 8116007, i require loan refund amount and clearence form asap,
HDB Financial Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was registered under the payroll of HDB Financial Services and served HDFC Bank from 03/10/2017 till 31/07/18. However, I have yet not received my experience letter. It has been over 1.5 years. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue on an urgent basis.
