Sir u guys called and asked u want loan i said ok for it and submitted my proof first it was declined bcoz address was wrong after that i gave it crt after till now u guys saying i have put a mail it's going to be a month i called ur executive he said same till now i said put conference call to manager i asked him u guys r not taking any move on it he is telling to ur sales executive to cancel it till take late it will be like that only he is talking harsh to me this how u guys treat a customer

I have received a call from an executive of hdb financial service (Dsa channel) offering personal loan. And when i said i am not interested to take the loan then she misbehaved with me and hung up the phone and called me bagger.

Hdb financial service is a very reputed company how can they allow such type of dsa to work with them.

Request hdb to take action against them.

Dear all,
As i applied for the pf since 2 months, i'm not getting pf and it is been rejected by (Non submission of form 15and pan updation) whereas i submitted all required documents thought speed post and updated pan details in kyc portal. My pf is been rejected 2times. Please make me provide any other documents required and sanction my pf as soon as possible.

This is timirshah (S70337-employee code) from bhuj. I have worked from feb 11 th2019 to june 1 may2019 i have not received my relieving letter yet and i contacted hr () and he also mailing mumbai team but no response from main team and i don't know how much time it will take for them to send my letter and they don't know the how others feeling and importance of their hard work... Please send my reliving letter and please do the needful...

I have taken a personal loan from hdb financial services pvt ltd. The loan account no - 6112498 and amount was 250000inr. The entire conversation with their executive (Neelam kumari) and (Ankita) was telephonic. She called me and offered me a loan saying there is a loan offer for your organization where you are currently working in which your processing fee would be waived off.
I agreed and sent my few documents on her whatsapp number and on her mail id then she called me to sign on few forms and after few days the amount 241000inr got disbursed into my account then i called her and shouted at her that i got 241000 instead of 250000 then she miscommunicated that she told me for foreclosure charges waived off not for processing fee. Also she had not taken my consent for longer loan term as i asked her for 3 years emi, after disbursement of loan she told me that my salary was less so loan was not getting approved for 3 years and she made tenure for 5 years also she didn't given me any hard copy documents of my loan and registered my different mail id due to that i couldn't recieved soft copy documents on my mail id.
The branch is 35 k. Ms from my house so i could not go for taking follow up for the same after few months i realized that i am getting wrongly charged i was communicated interest of 14% p. A but i am getting charged for 15% p. A.
This organization is just behaving like decoit, my money i very hard earned i am sole earning person in my family having 2 dependents. This organization is robbing my hard earned money.
Now i want to pre-close my loan for which i was communicated no charges but now this organization is asking me to pay 4.75% foreclosure charges on the entire principal amount.

I am helpless please help me please i am not having any option i am jobless from last 2 months i am not able to continue this loan.
Today was the third time when i visited their branch (Rk ashram) where they misbehaved with me saying that time is over now at (5p. M) but the timing is 10a. M to 6p. M and always try to send me back for that time. Today i have requested them to provide me the documents and the consent where i have agreed this interest and this terms and conditions but they didn't provided me.

I have paid 11months emi for rs.5947 and still they are asking me to pay lumpsum 227000 for the foreclosure.

I have recieved my f&f sheet along with the reliving letter through my mail on 1st nov, '19. But the amount is not credited into my account till date. Also i marked mail to ruchi mahawar maam but didnot get any response till now.

We raise request for property swap against my lap no 3527891 and 3614164... We have made payment of rs 6500/- on dated[protected] for valuation and legal of new property.. From then to till now they are not clarify anything on this matter... Pls treat this matter urgently.. As we are in trouble... Till total principal amount pending 21800000/- (Two crore eighteen lac) approx against both loans... Hdb holds two commercial properties... The valuation of existing property which we don't want to swap is 38000000 and the property which we want give have market value of rs 2.25 crore.. When i contact them and request to no but no any response tell me try this no only

Was link my adhar with my uan but uan portal give me error name miss match but my adhar card name and my pf name was same but i am not enble to process
So what can i do

I bought one samsung mobile in sangeetha show they referred hdb finance for mobile emi, using hdb finance i bought new mobile with some initial amount balance will be emi, also they charges some extra money for insurance. After my mobile purchased i paid my 3 months due properly, one day i lost my mobile in atm, one person took my mobile in atm. So that i complained in police station about my mobile got csr copy from station, then i went to that sangeetha shop with my insurance paper and csr copy to claim insurance, but that sangeetha staffs are saying “this insurance only for breakage not for theft” after that i stopped to pay mobile emi. Using that csr copy created a complaint in hdb finance redhills they also telling to pay. That sangeetha and hdb finance they both are not ready claim insurance, why should i only pay?? I make this query lot of time in each call from hdb staffs, they didn’t give proper response. Or else take action on that sangeetha showroom, why because mistake happened by me, yes i agree. Now a day for 10000 rs product we can claim a insurance why can’t claim a insurance for 18000 rs mobile. I need a proper solution for this issueee… please take a action to resolve this issue.

I brought a mobile phone vivo s1 for hdb emi optional already i said salary received on every month of 4th so i said take to amount on every 4th or 5th they said ok but now they are putit on cheque bounce charges without any intimaton i did not pay the amount of cheque bounce charges they are not told on 2nd due date payment on every month i will be pay on 4th on month so kindly do the needful and solve the problems

Hdb employee in hdfc bank shamli many days se pagl bana raha hai credit card k liye me apply kiya hai sari document diye hai salary slip, statement itr bhi but bolta hai boss's ko bej rakha hai unhone aage nahi beja aise he customer ko pgl banaya jayega toh hdfc bank customer ka trust khatam ho jayega plzzzz solve my problem

मेने 21नवम्बर 2018 को विवो y83 फ़ोन ख़रीदा जिसका लोन मुझे दुकानदार द्वारा hdbफाइनेंसियल सर्विस से दिलाया गया इस लोन में मुझे हर महीने 2307 की किश्त जमा करनी थी मेरे पिताजी के ओपरेशन के कारण से में एक किशत समय पर जमा नहीं करा सकी बाकी सारी किश्त मेने समय पर जमा करवा दी थी अब मेरा कोई बकाया नहीं हे फिर भी कंपनी द्वारा अभी तक जान्बुजकर मेरे चेक लगा कर रिटर्न करवाए जा रहे हे जिस कारण मेरे खाते की सिबिल ख़राब हो गयी हे मेरा कोई बकाया नहीं हे न ही मुझे अब तक चेक लोटाए गए हे आप मेरे चेक लोटाये अन्यथा मुझे कंपनी के खिलाफ क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करनी पड़ेगी

I dilip kadu taken loan against property from your pratapnagar, nagpur branch through loan account no. 3999817 in the name of new dk tailors and closed the same. But when i requested to the branch manager to come to sro office to release the charge. The branch manager arrogantly decline to come to sro office and ask me the govt. Gr for release the same. Sir as a indian national if i closed the loan account from your branch then it's my rights to remove your name from my property. How the branch manager can ask me for gr. So i requesting you to kindly instruct your bm to relase your name from my property.
