    I was an employee of hdb financial services ltd from i'm july2018 to july 2019 amd my employee code was u03110. I have given my resignation letter on[protected] but after that no one tell me about notice period even my mentor also. They don't want to approve my claim also. After my resignation i got approximate 2500 as a claim wherever i spend 4-5 thousand on my tura (Meghalaya) trip. Now i need my relieving letter and full and final settlement amount as soon as possible.

    And my mentor and one senior they don't even trying to help me . I am trying to call mr.biltu debnath because he told me that he will help me but now he don't even receive my call. And my mentor was like first you give me this form and after that I will submit your claim . It's a deal or what ???? I am very disappointed . So please help me to get my full and final settlement amount and relieving letter.

      नेहरू नगर ब्रांच में बहुत गड़बड़झाला चल रहा है जब यह loan करवाते हैं जब रिश्वत लेते हैं और अगर स्टॉलमेंट समय नहीं बनती हैं तो उसके एवज में रिश्वत मांगते मांगते हैं अगर ना दो तीन चार पांच लड़कों को लेकर आकर गुंडागर्दी करते हैं और लोन के उसमें अगर डिस्टर्ब नहीं करते हैं तो यह हजार रुपए रिश्वत ले जाते हैं कृपया करके ध्यान दें ... इन सब का हेड अनिल चौधरी है जो किस बैंक का नाम खराब कर रहा हूं गर्लफ्रेंड ट्रांसफर संदल लोन लेना भी इसीलिए बंद कर दिया है क्योंकि कस्टमर के साथ इनकी रिलेशन acche नहीं है चाहे तो जाकर चेक कर लो... यह अपने बेनिफिट के लिए बैंक को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं

        Dear HDB FINANCIAL team,

        Hope you guys are doing good,

        I have one concern regarding HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES, i am keep mailing since November 2017 regarding my concern however I am not getting any resolution on the same.

        My concern is that i left my job in october 2017 and I informed that i"ll be not available in india after 17th dec 2017 as i am going abroad for higher studies thats why i will not able to repay it or continue with my hdb personal loan a/c no. 2975552. I already called and requested on hdb customer care executive for foreclosure of my personal loan a/c no. 2975552, they said that in your case settlement can be done before six months because you will be going out of country for further studies, i have call recording along with complain no. Of the same.
        But i didn't get any solution from hdb financial services, i also visited the branch to discuss the same however they said that you have to pay all amount in a one go to us this is the only way settlement can be done.
        I dont have money as i am not earning & i have education loan as well which i need to pay apart form this i am not in india and hdb financial collection guys calling my father & threatening him that legal action will be taken against you as well.
        I already informed hdb financial services bank that i am looking for settlement as i'll be not available in india after 17th dec but i am not getting any resolution from their side.

        I talked to my parents regarding the loan settlement they don't have money as well.

        I also attached the screenshot of the mail which i have sent on 7th dec & 12th dec 2017 cc'ed RBI stating that i'll be not able to repay this loan as i am not available in india, i am looking for the settlement.

        Request you to kindly close my account by looking into this issue.

            I have taken a personal loan (Loan account number: 5134063) from hbd which was given on very high roi, my requirement was only 2.5 but disbursement was of 3, 00, 000 inr. They have deducted insurance amount charges without informing me. It came to know in my acknowledgement when amount disbursed in my account. Hdb people did not take my confirmation prior to disbursement.. I have paid more than 8 emi of that loan and now when i want to close this loan they are charging 4.75% on outstanding amount, however this should not be applicable as i am closing this loan by my own fund.

            I have submitted all my document i. E. Bank statement and foreclosure application. Now again they are taking too much time to close this loan. Have submitted my papers on 06 aug 2019 and today is 12 and still dont have any positive response from the bank. Having a amount to close the loan, i am unable to close it because of worst service. And now they will charge me interest of these extra 6-7 days. This is really painful.

                I already paid my due fine but they again deducted 1000 rs fine from my account . I want the details of my loan amount and i want it back in my account. What is this. They are continuosly deducting money from my bank account inspite of paying fine. I want my money back in my account because i have already paid all my loan amounts.                   I have been to vikaspuri office to get it resolved however no one seemed to help me with it. Even the sr. Manager couldnt help.

                              I want to close my loan account for this i submitted application at your office located at nagaur, rajasthan. I was submitted the application on july 8, 2019 but they lost it and i again gave them the application that the forward it for further action on july 24, 2019. On saturday, july 27, 2019 when i visited there to understand the final amount they said its not been generated yet you have to wait till evening. They don't give us the final amount details till evening. Today july 29, 2019 when i call mr. Mahendra singh m. [protected], he said we are not able to give you right now. We worked like this only you have to wait. Now we are helpless we want to close this account as soon as possible but they didn’t give us proper response. We are again and again going for this work. It’s not the professional way to talk or respond to a customer. Kindly contact me and do needful urgently to close my account.

                                SUBJECT : HDB Financial Services Kangra making fool to inocent people .

                                To whom it may concern ...

                                My name is Ashwani kumar S/o Late Jagdish Chand, I am jawali ( Kangra ) based Shopkeeper.

                                One year back agents / employs of HDB financial services they had came to my shop and offered me their loan schymes .
                                And ensured me to approve my business loan surely, so i thought of establising my business more so i agreed, i gave them my concerned require documents, they assured me garranted business loan with in 10 to 15 days .

                                But after one month when i enquired about loan status, then i came to know that my loan proposal is refused, Then i ignored .

                                After two months again a agent / employ of HDB financial services came to my shop and asked me to apply a loan .

                                They gave me a gold loan schyme, and ensured and commited me if i taken this loan, HDB will give me business loan with in two months .

                                Then i have borrowed gold Loan from HDB financial services .

                                now the main issues started after Loan rembersement ...

                                ● Sufficent ammount is in bank account but Emi is not getting debited on time, and HDB Filed emi bounce charges and late fee charges but actually there is not my fault, i have proper bank statments .

                                ● They put extra Collection boy charges Rs 1000 in my loan account .
                                ( according to them they sended a boy for collection of emi on my shop adress and rs 1000 fine is his expense )
                                This happened to me more then 3 times
                                But i paid all my emi's online .
                                I haven't gave any emi to collection boy and there is no collection boy came to my shop .

                                Actually HDB financial services Kangra is making fool to local small scale business man shopkeepers.
                                Firstly they commiting wrong commitments in sake of achieving targets .

                                They are making money by hidden fake charges .

                                Please solve my all issues soon

                                Either i am going to file a complaint in consumer court and other concerned higher authorities .

                                  Sir, when i applied the file for finance, your bank employee had told me the date date 21, that sir is now telling me 15 dates and sometimes telling 16 dates and talking to me correctly. And when my car was to be insured, i gave ₹ 106308 for the insurance cover, which is rs 86, 000 by them. The insurance was cut off. Then i changed the model of my car inside them. The people changed the way they did the u-4923 instead of the champion 4923. Sir, i have become very upset then please solve my problem.

                                    There is a default of hdfc from providing a loan against policy [policy no. 20547490] which i have received in the month of july 2018. There are no. Of persons involved in such fraud in such process and i have already paid approx 4, 50, 000 in this regard in respect of which i m going to attached all the document including the document which i have received from one of them as the approval of rbi. After receipt of all such money all of them have switched off their phone or otherwise out of network coverage. Please provide me a relief in this regard as soon as possible
