Dear Sir / Madam,

I am L.Rajkumar on 22.04.2018 i approached the HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES BRANCH at URAPPAKKAM BRANCH.Then one of my friend gave me the SWAMY's number ([protected]) who was loan collection agent in urappakkam branch.I asked him about the personal loan details then he asked me the documents of bank details, aadhar card, PAN card, EB bill and my own shop's rental agreement .I gave all the documents then and there, he told me that i got a OTP on24.4.2018 for login the loan process.after i got the OTP I send him then i got a message from HDB SERVICES that my loan application got logged in and my" loan application no .4284471".After that i called him so many days he simply told me that my loan was on processing .On one day 2.5.2018 someone came from HDB Financial services for regarding a verification they go through all of my documents and then they told me that they will informed me after some time .After so many calls in daily basis i never got a proper response from the concerned person .One day i visited the branch i met the BRANCH MANAGER he told me that my loan was still on processing, I dont know for how many days they were keep on telling me this [censored] stories.Today 24.5.2018 i supposed to call the BRANCH MANAGER (SOMU) he simply told me that im having some problems in CIBIL score .I accepted that my issues on CIBIL score but why these guys take 1 month of time to tell this issue .If im came to know before means i will come with other solutions or else i will approach some other banks .I will surely know it doesnt take 1 month of time to find out this CIBIL score issue.Why is it so much lethargicness in HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES because of some persons mistake the whole sector will get a bad name .Again im telling u if they told me about this issue at the very first week i will get some other options .Why u guys wasting precious time of me and yours.I am still confused and i didnt get any proper reasons for the cncellation of my loan process.i thought they told me this issue for any name sake.I request for all the higher officials to take this issue as a higher priority and so please get it to be done as soon as possible.

        Consumer loan no. 4230219 unsatisfying services. i bought xiaomi note 5 from vijay sales, Vadodara, Gujarat on dated 14/04/2018. at that time of purchase mobile your sales executive said 1st EMI paid on 04/06/2018. but after some time I'll receive message to paid 1st EMI on 04/05/2018. screen shot attached for your reference. after I'll maintain balance for deduction 1st EMI but from your side not deduction amount on 04/05/2018. after on dated 07/05/2018 received message EMI deduction on dated 10/05/2018. thereafter from your side cheque will deposit 08/05/2018.
        i don't understand your service first you said 1st EMI will come on 04/06/2018. but you messaged EMI deduction on 04/05/2018.
        this is not matter for me but you don't deduct amount on 04/05/2018 and messaged your EMI will deduct on 10/05/2018. so why you deposit my cheque on 08/05/2018. you have no value of your word? you think costumer are fools?

        please take necessary action on my matter and refund my cheque return charges Rs. 590/-. and do you have no shame for said to me paid penalty?

        Please resolve my issue.

              Thy as I got call from hdb bank ms Bindu mob no : [protected] as contacted me for loan and documents as per her requirements I sent all documents to her to direct.[protected]@hdbfs.com by keeping cc to
              [protected]@gmail.com this Mail I'd I have sent my all documents this process all done on 8th and today I got the varifcation to my office and home it Got confirmed person called me is ( [protected]) and (. [protected] ) now no one is responding to my call and I don't know the status of my file ...

              And yesterday thy asked me to send salary slip from HR for confirmation and I sent as per their requirement even after giving all documents why this late response issue I don't know kindly reply to this..

              Now I wanted you people to give me the complete explanation why thy are not responding to me and where is my case standing ..

              If or in case rejected my file due to some reason why thy are not updated to me and i[censored] people not ready to give any information I'll go to Cort that u people are taken my documents without my signature...

              Because Im a an employee in Airtel for customer support I know what will happen if we take documents with customer without customer signature. And I'm sure that u people are did signature by your own ..

              I don't mind of that unless my file is been moved to next step or it will be a different face to see I'll go till my capabilities and I'll lounge a complind against bindu as fraud to the customer...

              I am Sakthivel M, one person Nisha called me and said I am from HDBFS you have to pay 27000 please say when you can pay. I said I lost my mobile so I won’t pay due to cibil and other things I asked for settlement she said pay 22000 I can finish things. But again from next next months they are hitting the ECS. What to do I don’t know and who is responsible I don’t know.

                I have foreclose and fully paid the amount with the interest of the persona loan but however from the HDB the mail the the procedure was not follow as it shows written off in the Cibil as per i downloaded it from Transunion. And even i called the Cibil customer care for the same they confirmed that they haven't received any mail from the HDB for the Loan Closed. I am actually applying for the personal loan and because of the low Cibil score...

                    Here, i am complaining about my salary which not release even a single time there are given me two offer letters very first with real date 07/nov/2017 but there are shown no submission of my joining date with team lease by our branch manager even they filled 3 times employee kit from me still joining date not mentioned over there and no salary even not release its pending from nov to still that means there are exactly due of 5 months
                    Approx. Amount 50, 000 near about
                    Its my humble request to you please solve my problem soon because i already waited long time... If you not solve this matter soon i have to solve it with legal way.

                      I have reported so many times and requested to review and revise the policy of rate of interest charged to small customers/citizens of bharat - the best corporate body is making foolish to the small citizens and recovered entire earnings of small customers - who working very hard and earning for the survival - the loan account no: 3440194 - ramesh patel - vadodara - in spite of reported several times but no actions are initiated by the rbi and best cheating corporate body of democratic of india. Pl do the needful in the interest of small customers/citizens of bharat who are cheated and taken the all hard working money by the great cheating corporate body.

                          Dear team

                          I have taken consumer loan a/c -3771441 from hdb financial service ltd. Of rs. 65, 000/- for purchase led from "kanna electronics, urban estate phase-1, patiala pin-147001" in feb-2018 and it's first installment was due on 04-march-2018 and i have given cheque and si form of a/c [protected] of obc bank for si at the time of disbursal but payment not debited from the acoount automatically after sufficient funds in a/c.
                          Bombay team call me on 10th march for recovery and told me that due to some technical problems we are not able to debit payment from your obc so please deposit cash in patiala-147001 branch and next time it will be debited automatically but this month 11-april-2018 i again recieved call from bombay recovery team and they told me that your payment is not debited due to insuficent funds and please deposit cash in our patiala branch. When i visit the branch, chasher told me that you have late charges of 52 ruppies as your last payment is not in time.
                          Today i have paid my installment and late charges 52 ruppies.
                          I am totally harasshed from hdb finace and i want my a/c set and want reversal of late charges and my travel expences as i travel 60 km to deposit cash installment.

                          My concern is:-

                          - how bank charge late charges when there is not my fault and sufficient funds in my obc a/c.
                          - if cheque is not correct then how case disbursed.
                          - if si form is incorrect than why no body inform me to resubmit the same before disbursement.
                          - i am also a banker and my designation is chief manger and when hdb do these things with me there are lot of possibilies to harass a normal person.
                          - if this is hdb executive fault than what is the responsibilty of operation team who have disburse the case.
                          - secondly if any document required for si than why hdb not inform me and how they charge late fee.
                          - how hdb harass a customer who have sufficient funds in his a/c and told to deposit cash in hdb branch when si form signed at the time of application.
                          - i traveled 60 km to hdb branch to pay my installment and my total expence on it is rs. 1000/- of two times.
                          - if there are late charges tahn definatilly it will impact on my cibil score and if it will impact my cibil i will go to legally action.
                          - i want reversal of late charges and travel expences of rs. 1000/-.
                          - i want my a/c setand fine.

                            Helo, dear sir/mam i have 3 loans in your company and one of my emi is late due to some issues i faced and my truck was stopped by your worker and instead of calling finance services he kept me waiting for 20 min and asked for 300 rupees and unless i gave him what he asked and then he just let me go your company is bullish i made a big mistake doing business with your company

I was apply a loan against property from hdb financial services ltd at 22february 2018 in shyam bazaar branch the loan executive name is lukmaan ali. He take all the needful document’s xerox copy from me he take a bank cheque (Rs 6490) from me for technical and legal processing fees. That time he told me if all is ok we will hit your bank cheque for technical and legal and after ok report. We will sanction you loan within a week. Now according to mr. Lukmaan ali ([protected]) and his senior ([protected]) everything is ok but there seniors not forwarding the case and they don’t sanction the loan right now and they don’t know why. The full shyam bazaar branch team is unable to tell me how much time they want to sanction the loan. I was applied almost past two months ago. If hdb financial services ltd is unable to give me loan then why they not rejected or if they able then why they not sanction it. I am mentally very upside and disturbed for this. I need the loan very much that’s why i will mortgage my property if they will not sanction in time then the money is valueless for me. Please take some action.

                              I have no loan from HDBFS.But Some one create a fake pan id card by my name as well as my cibil score is low thats why i didn't get any loan approval for any other finance or bank.Please investigate immediately and give a positive response .

                                My brother is being harrassed since 4 months everytime he contacts customer service for getting noc on the personal loan along with refund money.

                                They are giving bs reasons every time. The customer service at bangalore is completely illiterate, they try so hard to buy more time and fool customers with bs reasons.

                                Thousands of people are suffering, i have plans to gather everyone and file a joint harrassment complaint with signatures from as many as possible. They are morons absolutely mannerless, ethicless people.

                                    I want to say that why two time deduct mandit charg first on dated 26/03/2018 - amount is 354.00 and second is 29/3/2018 - amount is 118. Whenever the loan amount isn't deduct from my account. So why you deduct two time these charges

                                    पहले भी मैंने कई बार लोन करवाया था किन्तु ये चार्जेस तो नहीं लगे थे तो अब hdbfs वाले क्यों चार्जेस लगा रहे हैं । मैंने होमेक्रेडिट व केपिटल्फ़िर्स्ट से अभी पिछले साल ही करवाया था उसमें तो किसी प्रकार का चार्जेस लगा तो अपने क्यों ये चार्जेस लगा रखे है कृपया इस विषय पर मेरी सहायता करें
