I have reported so many times and requested to review and revise the policy of rate of interest charged to small customers/citizens of bharat - the best corporate body is making foolish to the small citizens and recovered entire earnings of small customers - who working very hard and earning for the survival - the loan account no: 3440194 - ramesh patel - vadodara - in spite of reported several times but no actions are initiated by the rbi and best cheating corporate body of democratic of india. Pl do the needful in the interest of small customers/citizens of bharat who are cheated and taken the all hard working money by the great cheating corporate body.

Your executive speaking harshly with clients and he is saying that he has much pressure from company so he is showing his pressure on customers. He is not giving respect to clients and it is worst for having such employees. Please train your executives how to speak with clients during the time of login of application and ask to do the work fast with out sleeping

on 16.03.2018 i have complited the mod process before that the manager told that on 19.03.2018 your loan amount will be credited in your accont, by today 21.03.2018 i apporoched the branch the manager the amount was not yet credited what is the reason let me know about it he was telling that the amount will be credited only by next month by 10.04.2018 i asked him why did you register my property on before the long time you might have told me before, he telling that i want proceed the loan or i should cancel it, i told him i you cancel the loan what about my registration fee which i have spent, he says i will never repay single paise and abusing me in local language i was totally disapponinted that brave man name was bharathi(perambalur branch) so please take the required action against him

I got a led panasonic amount 18000 and 6000 down payment and outher amount finance monthly base 2payment i clear timely but 3rd month my led damage fall down automatically in stand and i go to the shop and tell him the problem and also inform hdb finance he told me i can't do anything u pay and clear your payment my led damage but i pay every month hdb finance and now 2 payment due amount 3000 now hdb finance tell me u pay 5266 otherwise...

This is tax fraud shopkeepers and hdb finance. Now i go to the consumer court

After paying repricing fees my 83 number installment is increased by rs 2465 to rs 86504. I am paying all installments in time. No one your staff listening to me no one is trying to help me. Now i am fed up with you guys. I had paid fees to lower down my rate of interest from 12.5 to 10.75 and my last installment increased in my new schedule. I am giving you last chance to see my matter otherwise i will see you in court now.

My name is pardeep garg. I was working in hdb financial services ltd (Emp id-hdb36855). I was resigned on dated 23rd march 2017 and my last working day id 08th may 2017. I have served 47 days and my 28 annual
Leaves are pending. When i have resigned i also intimate to my seniors (Mr. Aman seth (Bm), mr. Kailash bansal (Cbm) and ms. Rajneet walia (Hr) and request please accept my resignation adjust my all pending annual
Leaves. But my manager (Mr. Aman seth) did not accept my resignation nor did not reply. When i ask to my manager to accept my resignation he is saying he is not authorize person please talk with mr. Kailash bansal (Cbm)

I have posted my below concern on 9th feb 2018 i received a mail regarding hdb financial services is notified about the complain you have submitted however i did not get any response or revert on my mail from hdb financial services till now.
Today is 23rd feb 2018 it's been 15 days i did not get any resolution regarding my issue or my complain.

I am again explain my concern-

I already raised my concern in november 2017 that i left my job in october 2017 and i"ll be not available in india after 17th dec 2017 as i am going abroad for higher studies thats why i will not able to repay it or continue with my hdb personal loan a/c no. 2975552. I already called and requested on hdb customer care executive for foreclosure of my personal loan a/c no. 2975552, they said that in your case settlement can be done before six months because you will be going out of country for further studies, i have call recording along with complain no. Of the same.
But i didn't get any solution from hdb financial services, i also visited the branch to discuss the same however they said that you have to pay all amount in a one go to us this is the only way settlement can be done.
I dont have money as i am not earning & i have education loan as well which i need to pay apart form this i am not in india and hdb financial collection guys calling my father & threatening him that legal action will be taken against you as well.
I already informed hdb financial services bank that i am looking for settlement as i'll be not available in india after 17th dec but i am not getting any resolution from their side.

I talked to my parents regarding the loan settlement they don't have money as well,
I can do settlement in rs.20, 0000.00 for this amount as well my parents need to sell some home gadgets.

I also attached the screenshot of the mail which i have sent on 7th dec & 12th dec 2017 cc'ed rbi stating that i'll be not able to repay this loan as i am not available in india, i am looking for the settlement.

Request you to kindly close my account by looking into this issue.

Sir/madam, i submit my some personal documents to hdb finance agent who visit my office for providing me a housing loan. But after one month, the hdb finance not giving me the loan and nor return my documents. I call many times to the agents but yesterday he said that no document will be returned back to any customer by the hdb finance. It is a wrong process, so please returned me all the documents which submitted to the hdb finance immediately.

My name is sumit ahuja. I have taken loan from hdb bank of rs 10 lakh on sep 2016. And i have paid regular installment to bank. Now i want to take over my loan from another bank. Because new bank interest is low from hdb bank. When i get forth closer of hdb financial bank, in this paper bank has been charged pre-payment charges of 4.72 % of loan amount. About this charge, bank did not told me at the time of taking loan. Now i want to pay to bank with remaining and legal amount which is taken by me. I have paid still 18 installment without any bouncing. Now principal outstanding is 863, 978.39. Which i have statement.
Rbi force to each and every bank to take no pre-payment charge from consumer

We have partnership firm as the name of jopa incorporation in which my partner jolly thomas took the loan without my knowledge. We closed that firm in 2015. When i applied loan for my personal need my cibil showing bad credit due to that.. When i contact indore hdb office they told me jolly is not paying on time & you are guranteer in that accont. Same day i paid all the dues with all your charges, they assure me that will reflect in my account in 30 days. But still my cibil score showing delay from hdb bank. Pls do it with mmediate effect. & inform cibil accordingly.

You have received my pf withdawal form in 1st week of this month, also you didnot provided the resignation detail to epfo as the same has been pending there. so plz withdraw my pending pf or update my resignation on epfo so that i can withdraw my pf from site itself.
I called you as well send mails but you dont bother to reply.
