I had purchase a tv in july 2017 from great eastern sinthee more shop, with the help of hdb finance cd loan. But till today i dont know about my cd loan details and number of dues month, so please send my cd loan (Tv) statement and dues details.

    We have applied for a loan a business loan in your Thirukovilur branch, villupuram, Tamilnadu your Senior sales officer Mr.D.GOPAL who handled our loan process and he said that he surely will give loan for us against my plot, for that we provided the required documents and spent money Rs.5000 till now and he wasted by job also for that i took leave in my company for 5 days for each day my loss of pay Rs.400 totally Rs.7000 loss...
    But now he says that you may give your home document then only i will provide the loan.
    In this case he told that early means we just doesn't spent this much money and our time we are from middle class only why your bank staffs do like that...

      मैने आपकी लखनउ के राजाजीपुर शाखा से पर्शनल लोन के लिये आवेदन किया था परन्तु वहॉ के स्टाफ श्री धीरेन्द्र सिंह ने मेरा लोन अपूर्वल होने के बाद मुझसे पैसे की मॉग की मैने पैसे देने से मना कर दिया तो उन्हो ने मेरा समस्त पेपर फाड दिया और मेरा लोन कैन्सिल करते हुए यह धमकी दी कि मै तुम्हारा क्रेडिट खराब कर दूगा। तुम्हे जो करना है तुम कर लो।
      कृपय इस विषय पर विचार करे तथा ऐसे कर्मचारी को अपनी शाखा में सोच समझ कर रखें ताकि आपकी शाखा की बदनामी न हो

        I am giving call to contact number of hr department of hdb financial services of andheri branch, mumbai

        Service department provide me worst service. First call was supposed to be transferred but afterthat it is disconnected. Second call was transferred but your agent tell us that he don't know about tax details. Third call was taken by gitanjali. She was using bad language, nd she was disconnected call. Fourth call was transferred nd disconnected. Nd fifth call was same.

        If hr department work like this, how employees can trust to the management services nd organisation

        I want clarification.

          My name is mayuresh walanju. I did personal loan from hdb, person name sagar - [protected] and aamir shaikh. Before disbursement they have not informed me about any insurance. As per earlier discussion they told me interest rate of 13% per annum reducing balance method, after 6 emi i can do part payment and closure also without any penalty %. I am ok with that, but while disbursement they deducted insurance charges of rs.2579/- after that i spoke with sagar also, he said it is our fault and we are ready to give you cash back. I said ok, but i want written confirmation on mail for the same. From that day he is not picking my phone. And i wrote to 'mrinal. [protected]@hdbfs.com'; '[protected]@hdbfs.com'; 'customer. [protected]@hdbfs.com' but no one interested to revert back. They feel they can do anything with the customer. If i will not get refund i will file sue against all of them.

                  I, mrs deepa kale had a loan a/c with hdfc bank and have recently applied for balance transfer to hdb finance and have also received an acknowledgement receipt from hdfc bank saying that my loan a/c will get closed on 13th dec, 2017.

                  Even after my loan a/c is not closed, i received a message from hdb finance for keeping sufficient funds in my a/c on 15th dec. However, i received a mail today from my bank saying that my check has been bounced due to insufficient funds.

                  Please revert on below two points
                  1. Why has the cheque been sent for clearance before the actual date given?
                  2. My hdfc loan a/c has still not been closed and already a clearance cheque has been issued by hdb bank?

                  I have been chasing with HDB and HDFC for my personal loan issue. Let me give you the background. In the month of November, I had some medical reason and I need a Top from HDFC. I was contacted by Nikita from HDFC I had told her my requirement was between 3 to 4 lac. But later after entire paperwork, I was provided 135, 439.00 on 23rd Nov when they told me it was 2 lac. After that Nikita from sales never got back to me after a number of calls and SMS.

                  Same week Deepali (HDB) from sale she had called me if I had any loan requirement. I had told her yes I am in need due to a medical reason. She told me HDFC does not fit me, she offered me HDB finance. HDB has worst customer service, they don't have proper information. Deepali Bhosale she never told me about the processing fees. They don't even care to call back the customer. I had told clear information about my loan requirement, I had informed them about my top up from HDFC. Still, I was offered the balance transfer option. HDB does not guide you how to go about, what needs to be done and all. I was running around on the banks to sort this issue.

                  Now the current situation is the BT transfer cannot happen because the amount is less that is 3.30 lac. Becuase HDFC does not take partial payment.

                  At one time I was not offered 4lac loan because I was not eligible, but now virtually there is 11 lac personal in my name.

                      Hi myself pandiyan s and i have a loan account 1364848 of inr 150000 respectively. I have paid 22 dues of 136510 inr within my due date of 4th every month. But in my statement it is showing like i have 14 check bounces on my loan account and also late payment fee of 12206 inr whereas i paid on 4th of every month. I havent recieved any notifications from your side stating that my check has been bounced. I literally got shocked after seeing my loan statement. I herby request you to waive off the late payment charges to ensure smooth payment from my side. If no i wont pay the remaining dues. I required complete statement showing the details of debiting the amount from my account. And also there is no transparency in the statement.

                            Sir i hv cleared my gold loan of rupess 61000 before three months but emi is still deducting from my acc. My loan acc no is 2613587. No one is giving positive response frm ur company frm last three months. They said talk to mr. Harish he's looking gold dept. Whn i go to mr. Harish he said talk to the manager mr. Deepak then mr. Deepak said i m out of stn meet nxt week. Three months passed by doing these things. Again i go to mr harish he said i dont hv bmo on my computer screen to see ur details pls go to our another branch at navyug mrkt talk to miss loan. Miss lochan and subho paul filed a complaint immidiately infront of me still emi has deduct from my acc. Ur whole team is disturbing me frm last three month atlast i hv filed a complaint in consumer forum my complaint no is 526448. Please solve my prob...

                                  wrong ecs bounce charges

                                  I have two loan accounts in hdb finance (1.2355488 2.2852127) in which installment was paid timly. But last two months oct&nov hdb charged me for insufficint fund. As on same date balance available on my bank account but they charged me for emi bounce.
                                  Emi deduction date is 4th of every month.
                                  Now hdb executive calls me every time for the collection.
                                  I informed them that sufficiant balance was available on date 4th but...

                                    I had a balance transfer cheques with me where i have to deposit the same in the respective bank. But to some conditions i failed to deposit and the cheque validy has expired.

                                    So i tried to call customer care number where customer care number is not answering to the calls.

                                    So please arrange a call back to my number as i have require another cheque for balance transfer. As of now bank is deducting the amount from my account even cheque wasn't deposited in respective bank.

                                    HDB Financial Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My gold loan money is not credited in my sbi account.
