My self imran khan taken a lap bearing account no.- 1561998, agreement no.- 1581998, and i went to bank for closing my loan. The manager deny to close my loan. He told to gave 6.5% of foreclosure charge. As in my sanction letter their is no foreclosure chargers mentioned.
He ask me for 20, 000 rs. As bribe for closing my loan.
He abuses with me ..'''
he told me till i am in bank i will not be able to close your loan.
As i have to sell my property . Bank is not taking my outstanding amount not they are releasing my property paper.

    With due respect, I want to close my Loan A/c and I have visited thrice Malviya Nagar Branch New Delhi on 27 Mar, 28 Mar and 06 Apr 17 but no satisfactory reply/ concrete solution from the staff has been recd so far. Though I have submitted the chq on 06 Apr 17 to the BM without any receipt as he was telling his BOM not came today. Again I enquired today and the answer of BM is the same.

      नमस्कार सर,
      माझा जुन्या कर्जाचा शेवटचा हप्ता दिनांक 08.01.2017 रोजी भरला गेला असून त्यावेळी मुद्दल रुपये 1, 57, 703 इतकी होती. आपण मला कर्ज घेण्यापुर्वी टॉपअप साठी कोणतेही चार्जेस लागणार नसलयाचे सांगितेलेले होते. त्यामुळे मला रुपये 3, 00, 000 वजा जाता रुपये 1, 42, 297 इतकी रक्कम मिळणे अपेक्षित होते. आपणाकडून तरी देखिल निरनिराळे चार्जेस लावण्यात आलेले आहेत. व मला प्रत्यक्ष रुपये 1, 32, 979 इतकीच रक्कम चेकद्वारे देण्यात आली आहे. तदनंतरही आपण सांगितल्याप्रमाणे नवीन उर्वरित रक्कमेवरच 1 % प्रोसेसिंग फी आकारली जाईल असे सांगण्यात आले असतानाही संपुर्ण रु 3, 00, 000 रक्कमेवर 1 % प्रमाणे चार्जेस घेण्यात येवून माझेकडून रु. 1577 इतकी जादाची रक्कम घेण्यात आली आहे. तसेच रुपये 922 BPI घेण्यात आलेला असतानाही त्यापुर्वी रु.1612 इतकी BPI चार्जेसच्या नावाखाली रक्कम घेण्यात आली आहे. यामध्ये माझी एक प्रकारे फसवणूक झालेली आहे. तरी आपल्या कार्यालयात आपण व आपल्याकडील कर्ज वितरण अधिकारी यांचेशी प्रत्यक्ष झालेल्या चर्चेनुसार मला उर्वरित माझेकडून जादा घेण्यात आलेली रक्कम रुपये रु. 3189 मला देण्यात यावी. अन्यथा मी पुढील महिन्याचा दिनांक 08.04.2017 रोजी असलेला हप्ता भरणार नाही. याबाबत आपली शाखा जबाबदार असेल याची गांर्भीयपुर्वक नोंद घ्यावी.

            I have running loan against property in HDB Financial Services account ac/ no 1064688(LAP), 845428(PL), 602279(LAP) In name the of Rajnish Kumar i have get big lose Due to demonetization in business and i paying monthly emi of Rs.160000/- of my all loan. I have takeover my loan to other bank due loan low rate and low emi .My Loan is processed and cheques are ready but my existing company (HDB) not accepted my closer cheque. I visited continuous HDB branch office from[protected] and but HDB not accepted my closer cleques. i have already charged interest from 7th march to till date . pls take action against this company on priority basis.

                I received loan last 9 months and paid correct installments.
                I decided to pre repayment and visit branch manager and staff. They are not receive the loan clear money and not to solve my problem . Last 5 days to regularly came their office . They said to me closure not come from higher level.
                What is this??
                Why i am bear the interest for extra days .Pls . this type of frauds and collect crores of Rs. from public with differences days interest . HDBFS is not sufficient working.
                The higher level contacts arrange prerepayment closure and fix 2 to 3days time for customer service.

                Custormer service is not working promtly.

                  I had a personal loan (loan no 1116581) with hdb financial services malleswaram branch which i pre closed it on january 25th with the complete outstanding amount. Still 2 emi's were taken from my account (Rs 7231 each) on feb 4th 2017 and match 4th 2017 a total amount of Rs 14461. On the other hand i received the closure certificate on march 10th after i called the manager for more than 20 times in which he didnt pick most of the calls. And now when i adk about the refund on march 28 today they say it will be done by april 1st week as march is a closing month. Its no where my problem because i closed it on january itself, its their problem that they made it late. 2 months for a closing process is too much and the refund of rs 14462 i havent received yet. Please do something about it. I want my money back.

                    Very poor service on the loan processing

                    I am not sure how was the loan processed without informing me what the loan amount that was approved, interest rate and the EMI for a month. I feel this a very poor service or unplanned or unstandardized process that is followed by HDB.                     its worst finance because of cuddalore branch (tamil nadu) in this branch they're the poor employees respectless persons especially mr. j. karthikeyan and siva worst guys i asked my loan amount - they said simply i dont know at the hell is that officers...f**
                    I'm a customer of HDB i've product (N.2013753) & gold loan (N.1960624) didn't pay my EMI before due date so i paid fine for this.after that i paid my EMI for both loan in cuddalore, Tamilnadu branch before 07/02/2017 than again check was bounced for gold & money was taken for product loan in 08 & 10/02/2017.i need my money & penalty amount also.

                        Dear Concern

                        I am Kumar Gaurav Jha from yapral secunderabad. I had applied for a loan against property for my business from HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES (AS RAO NAGAR). At the time of applying the loan (on 08/03/2017) the executive Mr Naresh told that your loan will be sanctioned in 3 days as i told him that i don't have the current year ITR but i had applied for it and will get in next 2-3 days.He told me that he login into the system with the documents provided and i can submit the ITR during the process . But after 2 days he told me that without the current year ITR he can't login.

                        I had submitted the ITR on 15/03/2017. After my all documents were submitted Mr Ravinder (Executive) started making fool on daily basis till today. He told me that the address verification team called me on my mobile and i had not liftted on 18/03/2017 (saturday) but i can assure you i have three mobile numbers and for all i can give you the call details in print... nobody called me. This the excuse what they are giving for delay in loan sanction.

                        The address verification was done on monday 20/03/2017 and still i am waiting for my loan to be approved.The loan i am taking for my business and Mr Ravinder promised me that loan will be approved till tuesday 21/03/2017. I told him that we had a reservation on tuesday and we are going to mumbai for purchase of stock...he told me that the loan approval we will get on tuesday as they were waiting for the address verification only.

                        My parents are waiting for loan to get approval in Mumbai. As they went there to purchase the stock. Yesterday(22/03/2017) Mr Avinash (manager) told me that today it will be done... but today when i met him at branch, he told me that it may take one more day of time.

                        I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE RESPONSIBLE MANAGER WILL ALSO SAY THE LIE ...

                        AND WHO WILL PAY MY RESERVATION CHARGES TO MUMBAI AND STAY AT MUMBAI

                          Actually i planning to preclose my HDB loan on March-17, 2017, and approached the graems road, chennai office. they said ok, but when i approached the status of loan after 7 days, they inform that we will deduct April month EMI also
                          I am totally unhappy with this
                          why they swallowing public money and creating a nuisance like this.

                            I wrote to you exercising my common law first right of appropriation in respect of my balance transfer cheque payment in order to maintain my other account, Instead of accepting this appropriation, your team refused to abide by my common law rights .
                            The bank has instead appropriated my balance transfer cheque payment and decided to downsize the loan account and send me closing letter, I am aware of the banking code which require to behave sympathetically, Please consider this letter a formal complaint under your complaints handling scheme set up under consumer credit act, I request acknowledgement of this mail in a reasonable time frame, with a copy of your companies complaint procedure.

                            I Mr.Rajiv Singh have taken a balance transfer loan of Rs. 5, 50, 000/- Loan A/c no[protected] As per Attached file. I have been paying EMI on time for the last 5 months .Please check the amount disbursed favoring M/s Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd- Rs.489431/- & Other Cheque Favoring Rajiv Singh- Rs.50341/- .
                            The Prime reason for two cheque disbursement was Rs 20000/- commission asked by the hdb financial services - Pls check bank statement.

                            In continuation to the above details, Pls find that my 6th emi amount got bounced and was unable to manage funds, the reason was dispute for the final closing amount of Fullerton, Later in same month I had requested to issue fresh check as the old check was not valid for submission - details attached. When we got updated about new check ready lying with Mr. Mahesh Gavar and after requesting for new cheque, I was told to clear the bounced emi first, I Pleaded several times to issue new cheque but no action take to resolve the issue, Simultaneously I was getting threatening calls from recovery repartment and multiple calls in a day as I feel it is extortion under IPC. This is just a harassment for unwanted reason being deficiency in service. We request for look in this matter and I have the right intention to repay your debits.

                            In continuation to the above details . Today I was called in Andheri Office, We met Ms.Kripa Shukla & Mr.Arun Thakkur the minutes of the meeting as per details listed below.
                            Point 1- Discussion happened for closing the hdb loan.
                            Point 2- No reason found for holding the cheque.
                            Point 3- Discussion happened that I can file a suit against recovery agency for harassment and abusive language used for due EMI
                            Point 4- No solution provided for further continuation of Loan
                            Point 5- Finally proposal given to close the HDB Loan.

                            Sill threatening call receiving from recovery department, Pls let us know the concerned person and will get in touch with the banking ombudsman.

                              Mr. gaurav from Ghatkpoar Branch has taken file to process the loan of Rs. 7.5 cr from us. He has also taken a token of Rs.100000/- for processing the loan. But till he has not given any update and final reply about the file. We are trying to call him since last 15 days but his mobile is switched off. In case you can help us to update the Status of file I will be highly appreciated.

                                My name is kusum choudhary and i have taken gold loan through your company i.e. HDB, Lajpat Nagar by Ms Priya, she is handling my loan case.
                                This is my personal experience that i am not satisfied your services because you have deducted double payment from my account against loan no: 1363861, which i already cleared on 8-3-17 of Rs.233335/- through my Cheque No: 389591 (UBI)
                                Cheque details are mentioned below:
                                Gold Loan Number: 1363861
                                My Bank Name: UBI
                                Cheque No: 389591
                                Cheque Amount: 233335/-
                                Cheque cleared on : 8-3-17

                                After Clearance of amount there is no pending dues against above Gold Loan but again you have deducted Rs.233450/- from my PNB account through Online without my knowledge when i checked message on my mobile i was surprised and immediately called to Ms Priya regarding this and she is assuring me to resolved this case ASAP but 2 days left and till date no amount refund in my account.
                                I don’t know but who is responsible this lack-ness and why you deduced double payment from my account.
                                Please Senior Team: look after this case because after this happened your company image will be go down.
                                Please explain & take action and resolved this case otherwise in future i will not take any services through your company??

                                  I am complaining about the refund that have debited from my account and still not get refund because my mortgage loan is not approval of that i need amount and debited charge of Rs. 4000 of loan technician and sales manager not told me anything about the this type of charge and i sow in statement then i realize that hdb charged that amount so i want back that amount and in future time i don't want deal with the hdb because hdb customer service is not good than other company

                                    My Name is Rajesh Kumar I was taken A Gold Loan Account Number 1388522 and 1394476 worth Rupees 75000 & 29000 Apx. In year 2016 . as per Rules and Loan Agreement I am Paying my all Dues with Interest on time but I was suddenly face an Incident in family because of that my financial Condition was down and I was not able to pay my EMI that time .


                                    After some time when I visit to Branch for clear my All dues with penalty till the time and Take Back of my Gold which I was mortgage at the time of Gold Loan . I was shocked to come to Know that my full gold has been put on Auction .

                                    I am not able to understand the reason why its Put on Auction as you know the Worth Amount of 2 .25 Lakh and loan amount is apx 1 lakh and Irregular EMI Amount Does not Exceed the Value of Gold Value . so why its sold.??

                                    I want to know one thing kindly provide me how it’s possible and how you to put my loan in auction without my permission . as I did not get any Letter Information from your side . this is totally the Case of Misconducted and misbehaviour from your side . this is the mail I am sending you to clear back to my Gold as I am Ready to pay my Entire Dues with all my interest Allowed in this Gold loan .
                                    I just want to say you that this is my Family Gold Jewellery and I need it Back to any How & Any Cost.

                                    I am sending this mail to see your service Gesture of your Bank as it was very good services from your side and I was always Happy with your Services till that time . as you provide me Loan when I need it very high note .

                                      I have complaint regarding my loan against property as per my loan agrement number is 1595198 in name hotel raghuraj palace jaipur. From past 4 months that ecs is not going through our bank your company is providing reason of sign differs but we clear you we provide it sign verification from the bank 3-4 times. If any charges you have charged from our side kindly revert the extra charged to us because we were not responsible for this. Secondly my email adress is appering wrong kindly correct it to [protected]@hotelraghraj.com. And do manage a callback once query is solved.
