Dear Concern,

My Name is Rajesh Kumar I was taken A Gold Loan Account Number 1388522 and 1394476 worth Rupees 75000 & 29000 Apx. In year 2016 . as per Rules and Loan Agreement I am Paying my all Dues with Interest on time but I was suddenly face an Incident in family because of that my financial Condition was down and I was not able to pay my EMI that time .


After some time when I visit to Branch for clear my All dues with penalty till the time and Take Back of my Gold which I was mortgage at the time of Gold Loan . I was shocked to come to Know that my full gold has been put on Auction .

I am not able to understand the reason why its Put on Auction as you know the Worth Amount of 2 .25 Lakh and loan amount is apx 1 lakh and Irregular EMI Amount Does not Exceed the Value of Gold Value . so why its sold.??

I want to know one thing kindly provide me how it’s possible and how you to put my loan in auction without my permission . as I did not get any Letter Information from your side . this is totally the Case of Misconducted and misbehaviour from your side . this is the mail I am sending you to clear back to my Gold as I am Ready to pay my Entire Dues with all my interest Allowed in this Gold loan .
I just want to say you that this is my Family Gold Jewellery and I need it Back to any How & Any Cost.

I am sending this mail to see your service Gesture of your Bank as it was very good services from your side and I was always Happy with your Services till that time . as you provide me Loan when I need it very high note .


Request you to Take this Request on Reminder from my side and take this Serious else I will Ragistered complaint against you in Consumer Court and I will Take Legal Action against you people and I already talk about this matter to my Personal Legal Advisor AS Well.

So Request you to take this Mail On very Serious Note And Resolve this soon .

    Dear greetings,

    I have complaint regarding my loan against property as per my loan agrement number is 1595198 in name hotel raghuraj palace jaipur. From past 4 months that ecs is not going through our bank your company is providing reason of sign differs but we clear you we provide it sign verification from the bank 3-4 times. If any charges you have charged from our side kindly revert the extra charged to us because we were not responsible for this. Secondly my email adress is appering wrong kindly correct it to [protected]@hotelraghraj.com. And do manage a callback once query is solved.
    Finally send me letter as a reply that i can keep my track records clear with the bank

        I have personal loan on Axis Bank of 20%. Now, i need to Balance transfer to the HDB on 15%. I got approved 210000 from messages but still now i didn't get loan amount. your employee also didn't attend the phone call. How can i rectify this. This is very worst service.                 Dear sir,
                I mr. Rajiv singh have taken a balance transfer loan of rs. 5, 50, 000/- loan a/c no[protected] as per attached file. I have been paying emi on time for the last 5 months. Please check the amount disbursed favoring m/s fullerton india credit company ltd - rs.489431/- & other cheque favoring rajiv singh - rs.50341/-.
                The prime reason for two cheque disbursement was rs 20000/- commission asked by the hdb financial services - pls check bank statement.
                Mr. Mahesh gavar, employee code - hdb10474 & ms. Kripa shukla.

                Phase - 2
                In continuation to the above details, pls find that my 6th emi amount got bounced and was unable to manage funds, the reason was dispute for the final closing amount of fullerton, later in same month i had requested to issue fresh check as the old check was not valid for submission - details attached. When we got updated about new check ready lying with mr. Mahesh gavar and after requesting for new cheque, i was told to clear the bounced emi first, i pleaded several times to issue new cheque but no action take to resolve the issue, simultaneously i was getting threatening calls from recovery repartment and multiple calls in a day as i feel it is extortion under ipc. This is just a harassment for unwanted reason being deficiency in service. We request for look in this matter and i have the right intention to repay your debits.

                In continuation to the above details. Today i was called in andheri office, we met ms. Kripa shukla & mr. Arun thakkur the minutes of the meeting as per details listed below.
                Point 1- discussion happened for closing the hdb loan.
                Point 2- no reason found for holding the cheque.
                Point 3- discussion happened that i can file a suit against recovery agency for harassment and abusive language used for due emi
                Point 4- no solution provided for further continuation of loan
                Point 5- finally proposal given to close the hdb loan.

                Sill threatening call receiving from recovery department, pls let us know the concerned person and will get in touch with the banking ombudsman.

                        I needed a personal loan and in this regard some mr biltu (M: [protected], [protected]) from new barakpur,
                        N - 24 pgs contacted me as a yes bank agent. Last saturday on 11.02.2017 he came in my agarpara office with two persons who pertained them as hdb finance official from dalhousi, kolkata branch. One mr. Baktiar gaji (M: [protected]), he called himself as the bank manager and another mr. Sudhiman ganguly. They collected all necessary papers including our pan cards copy, i. T files copy and every related papers. They agreed to sanction me rs. 400000.00 as pl on 17% of interest in 5 years tenure. They told me to sign on the blank form as they were very busy, they will fill up it. After two days when i esquire about the status of the loan they told me they need some more papers. Surprisingly they send a whats-app list via biltu. They required my companies pan card and it files copy. I directly denied to give them so and demand to return of my papers. Now they aren't returning the papers, i am worried about the signed blank form and my pan cards copy. They never use any mail id, nobody even given me any visiting card. Please look after the matter at your level best.

                          I have taken loan from your concern on the above mentioned loan account Rs 179000/-, i have received loan amount Rs 173225/- (including all charges and insurance) on 01.02.2017, but after few days without my knowledge and any intimation a amount of sum Rs : 8570/- on 15.02.2017 has been debited from my account

                          My 1st installment date 4 march 2017

                          So please refund my Rs 8570/-

                              This is mrs subramanian.my husband availed loan from HDB financial services on 23rd March. His loan account number is 1403642.
                              Without prior notice the bankers deposited cheque within 10 days and the cheque bounced. Its not our fault and when we enquire about this to the bankers they replied that its only their own mistake.
                              After that each and every day they started to trouble us through
                              continous phone calls.
                              I already gave a complaint to consumer cell.but no solution.my husband lost his left eye sight recently. His health conditions is not good
                              After giving complaints to consumer cell the bankers started new way to trouble us
                              Every month 4th is our loan due date till date no pending. What bankers doing is after receiving the emi they again depositing the outstanding cheque.and because of insufficient fund the cheque bouncedand every month rs 345 is deducted from my account as fine.
                              we are middle class family. We aren't able to suffer this much burden. Today also we receive a message that 10th February they are going to deposit a cheque for that outstanding due.how many times I shoud give a complaint through consumers cell.this is the final chance if there is no solution definitely ill go to court to get a judgement. Or we will commit suicide in front of the bank. Each and every staff in the bank are responsible.
                              So consumers cell should seriously interfere in this issue and give us relief.

                                I am amol ragho vast, my employee id. 10829. I was working in adfc pvt ltd now known as (Hdb financial services ltd.). 21 st april 2006 to 4th july. 2008. When i asked my reliving letter to ms. Gitanjali mahajan & mr. Hemant revankar they have given me letter as mention"absconding" but i have completed all formalities, whereas i asked to remove that word from letter, they have demanded rs,. 7100/ dd in favour of hdb financial services ltd. Than will provide you fresh letter. But they have taken dd rs7100/ from me and not provide fresh letter. (Absconding) word not removed. Now i lost my new job also because of this reason. Also they have used hash word to me. I requested to you kindly take strong action against those two employee.

                                  Dear sir/ma'am my self Ajay Sharma and I am totally shocked yesterday when I visited your branch at Kullu Gandhi Nagar Himachal Pradesh, I just want better finance services I didn't want to herrased my self ' your branch officer had talked to me like nonsense and didn't suppose that kind of officers could be there because the company have good image in customers eyes. So please concern with branch manager at Kullu branch. And take a suitable action against Rakesh Mandiyal your branch manager. I will feel good if you care about your customers.

                                  I was having Personal Loan at HDB bank My acconut No 1562544, I have cleared all my outstanding as per Loan tracker given to me vide receipt No-3028539 amt -952.[protected]/- dated 21.01.2017. But one EMI of Rs -18855 is debtied in account Kindly reverse the same.

                                    I had worked with HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES As A SM At Bathinda Branch from 01/03/2016 to 23/04/2016, during that period they provide 3 appointment latter to me which were totally different and they didn't fill my joining kit also, because of this type of management system I left the hdb and resigned from my job but still waiting for my salary
                                    I mail my seniors and HR Department and call them many times but no body responding, this is my laSt try to complaint against this company, kindly solve my issue otherwise I will go to court
