I require a lap but your staff forced to presonal loan aganist property, before sighning the agreement staff did not show emi plan, I did not submit my balance 4 cheque leaves, but your staff did disberserd loan without any information, I did not taken cheque upto date 20th January 2017, my name N Murali mohan, Door no 19_4_8, kamsalipet, vijayawada, my loan no 2092277, please cancel my loan. On 10th of January 2017 I have given documents to process my personal loan with application No. SL101386. In next day itself I got verification call. After that no communication upto 18th. On 18th Ur executive called and came for verification at my residence and at office. And he told verification is clear and within two working days u will get loan amount. But till date I have not received any communication from bank neither in message and call. Even I don't know my application is logged in or not. Because no message about login. When I called to executive who approached for first-time she told my loan application is rejected. When I asked for reason she disconnected the call.

What kind of service is dis. No communication nothing. We are not coming behind Ur bank for loans, Ur executives calling us to take loan. After applying no response.

For ur information. executive name is Swathi/Kavitha, with contact no.[protected]. both called me to take loan and they only given information of application rejection.

Finally I want to know the reason for rejection. And please do remove my contact no from Ur bank database. So that in future I should not get calls from such useless banks. If you want to discuss further you can reach me on [protected].

I have taken loan from your concern on the above mentioned loan account Rs 250000/-, i have received loan amount Rs 240678/- (including all charges and insurance) on 30.07.2016, but after few days without my knowledge and any intimation a amount of sum Rs : 8570/- on 17.08.2016 has been debited from my account which i have provided to this loan, initially while proceeding for this loan i was not told about this process by your concerned staff and branch manager, but once i have received just one sms about debiting the amount i have contacted staff and branch manager many times in person, they did not provide any proper solution till now, every month due amount not pass automatically, so we have transferred every month due amount through net banking only my self, so i request you to solve this issue and refund my amount Rs : 8570/- as soon as possible or contact me.

Lno1080644, nov month loan emi amt :7403/- paid online on14.12.16, traxn ref no:HICI[protected], then on 16.11.16 Automatically debit frm my a/c :7344/-we informed on 16.11.16 to office and submit the traxn ref: no details, statement details, a/c no &IFSC code at AS Rao nagar hyd for re-fund the Amt.still now issue not clear

After taking too much of interest in 15 months instalments more than 15% while I amready to close my loan they are charging 33000/- Rs precloser charges and it is against rules, I need justice and my amount back given as for closer charges which is too much high 4.6% and also I have done application before 15 days than also they are charging per day interest up to approval not came since 15 days from head office which is an injustice to me

I have no information like what is the duration, rate of interest and i have applied for 2.5L and received 2.37L of loan.So I want to know the information regarding the remianing amount deduction.

Could you please send me the details of my loan like duration, interest, Processing fee charges etc.

I had taken a loan in hdb financial services before 14 months and now i want to forclose this loan and they are asking 4% forcloser charge and also i have applied since one week for forcloser but i am not getting any response and the branch manager is calling me to give some another offer, so need help to waive his forcloser charges and to close my loan

Sir every Month my Emi is on 4th in my account their is sufficient Balance I had taken your sales Executive to bank they said mandate not received I filled the new mandate form I received a call that amount will be deducted today ie 9th they same mandate problem if any bounce charges comes I will take legal action in Shimoga branch no body is giving proper solutions

I am availing a personnel loan from hdbfs with account no-714259, and is tired of representation of ecs in my account without intimation sometimes and with intimation sometimes.in the month of november it was presented four times, attracting a debit of rs 288 every time. We explained our financial status to yr representative and are already paying late penalties every month in addittion (Rs 845). I am yr customer since 2011, and is aware that ecs was presented once prevously, but u are presenting and representing ecs again and again for last six months. Please do the needful.

I never applied for loan with HDB financial services but they made inquires in the CIBIL as given below:

1. HDB[protected] Personal Loan Rs.5, 00, 000
2. HDB[protected] Personal Loan Rs.5, 50, 000

I mailed many times to HDB financial before raising it over public forums but they always declined.

This is total misuse of CIBIL and accessed without my permission.

This is last reminder to HDB financial Services otherwise I have to raise it further with RBI and other major option.

I have applied for mortgage loan if loan is not possible then still company staff force customer to take loan company has taken processing cheque of 5750 when cheque is cleared then company did not gave loan. This is cheating from customers who are in need of money. This is bad reputation of company customers who apply for loan has hard earned money. Always guide customer with proper profiles.don't cheat customer.

I really disappointed how they entertain their clients, i have gone 4 times for the foreclosure but they did not do anything, pls provide me letter for future relation with your institution. Otherwise i have to go with Mr Aditya Puri when i did not get any revert from your side.

Iam holding loan on bank. Loan account number is 1185948.every month due is on 10th loan amount is 49660. On nov 10th 2016 due was not cleared. On 15 th i got message by saying that ur cheque is bounced. It is shame to say thay since from 6 years i have relation woth ur bank see my track with ex loan ac no. 545151.i never kept insufficient funds. Now all india knows suddenly government announced 8th&9th nov bank closed. On 10 banks all with full crowd. I deposited the amount but u people bounced. Iam very shamed to be with ur bank relation. These type of worst service bank r giving. Even government announced to delay emi account. Ok
One thing what to do tell me we r in joint family. My brother A. Suresh babu have loan in ur bank ac no. 1785322 emi is 31500. Due date is 4th. Ex loan was closed on sep 2016.but on oct 2016 4th new loan was supposed to clear 31500rs. Instead of that ex loan means closed loan due 36000 was cleared and new loan cheque was bounced. Bank employees means not un educated guys. You people do like this means whom to say. Buz o[censored]r bank me and my brother cheques was bounced. Buz o[censored]r bank we go to civil and credit score goes negative. Bank guys done mistake still now we called to local hdb bank guys, and costumer care also we dint get refund. Who will bare fine and bounce charges who will clear my civil problems who will increase my credit score.still now never my cheque was bounced buz of bank guys irresponsible duty we r blamed and suffering. Pls i need clarification as soon as possible.

Sir mera instalment bank account se ho raha tha lekin 2month se cash jama Karne ke liye aapke agent kaha rahe hai ki bank me kuchh tik nahi hai abhi jama kar VA do aage se bank se ho jaye GA lekin aap Tak nahi huaa sir abhi duty sikar hai ab kaha se jama karva u instalment sir aaap mere account se hi instalment deducted ho jaye iski vayavstha karne ki krupa kare

I have purchased two excavators from hdbfs, from the beginning the concern person created a lot of problems to me. Regarding his corruption i want to complaint to the management, but when i saw the reviews reg previous complaints, its seems to be wasting my time about complaining against your company corrupted officer and decided to file police case and to proceed legally. T hanq.

I applied for personal loan from HDB Finance Service it was said to me that they will provide loan at Rate of 9% P.a. with amounting Rs.200000/- but i got only Rs.160000/- with rate of interest @21% and with this amount i do not complete my work for which i took loan and also i am not able to pay any EMI with this interest . Now i want to close this loan account please suggest the process.
