Dear sir,
I had applied for L.A.P from your bank whose approval came 10 days prior. INR 4800 was deducted from my account as the processing fee. For P.D, any person from your credit department came whose name i do not know. His number is [protected]. I had a discussion with him yesterday and he told me to give INR 75000 (in cash) to Mr. sharad as the processing fee so that my fund could be released on the ocassion of diwali. But today when i tried contacting to him, he told me that the money would be credited in my account as soon as the files gets signed. After noon, they did not take up my calls and i think that i have been Cheated and Frauded.
Therefore, I request you to give me my loan amount or return me back the amount I paid as the processing fee (75000 cash + 4800 by cheque ) and the documents . Else I will be forced to take legal action against them.

        this is to inform you that, i shivkumar vijay chauhan who had availed loan no. 1576688, last loan no.976454 from your esteemed organisation for the sum of amount two lakhs only (500, 000/-) in the month of 15/06/2016. i wish to inform you that i have almost paid rs.40, 000/my loan . it is to inform you further that, your executives are treatning me and warning me, he saying i, will bring the police . if you have any such serious intentions issue me notice and i am ready to face the police problem.i have promptly paid the emi's for more than 2 months.during this period my relationship with your firm was very good and i wish to maintain the same in near future.now the scenario is so that, i had to skip my emi for the current month due to some unavoidable family circumstances and ill health of my siblings.apart from this issue i had to face some loss in business where an expensive instrument was stolen and i had to bear the damage.i, inform you that your executives are torturing me like anything where i cannot concentrate on my job or my personal life. i am honestly trying to arrange money to pay you. only two emi is pending and your executive behaves very harshly and tortures a lot if this continuous and i will suicide then bank will be held responsible for my family.
        i here by request you to kindly help me by providing time till november and by end of that month i will. i once again request you to kindly accept this letter and do the needful.

          I am customer of your reknown bank. I have complain regarding emi of car loan. I had taken the loan of 175000 from your bank and the loan number is 1821235. During the process of car loan the salesofficer told about the emi of 36 month i.e 5981 and we had done that emi. At the time of installment payment we are getting the emi of 24 month i.e. 8403. So we are unable to pay the amount of 24 month i.e 8403. So please give me solution of it.

            I want my car loan NOC they are not giving when I for closed the loan they are saying u also for close your lap loan but lap loan is for 10 years and they don't tell me before close the loan and I don't understand that why they are link my loan without my permission and they are don't give me this information that u are not able to take not for this loan...

            I am foreclosing my loan number 1381886 amount 125, 000

            The Bank has done a big surgical strike on me even worse than Pakistan would do on India or its own people.

            I was asked to take a mediclaim for 5900/- rupees. The interest rate was told 13.5 % but on getting loan i was charged 3000/- per month and in first six months itself they took 20000/- as interest. So i asked to foreclose them loan and the bank asked for extra 4600/- as extra money for closing the loan.

            Frankly i am not even able to calculate how much 60 % or more per year i am paying.

            Like our indian army who is weak Banks in India are seeing a weak RBI and attack 150 crore indians on all sides.

            God help India as these losses are more than India suffers at hands of Pakistan.

              I'm a customer of your company. But I can't received my monthly EMI payment receipt. And your branch managers are not coprating me.my EMI paid track going so badly due to your manager's delay. I'm so disappointed.

                I, mithun kumar veerappa stated following few lines on the subject cited above as under:-

                2.in the month of sept 2015, a person of hdb financial services ltd, malviya nagar, delhi - 17 namely devi das contacted me telephonically and proposed to sanction a personal loan for rs. 600000 on interest rate of 13% or 14 %. i agreed to take the loan on this rate of interest. thereafter, he collected all documents from me in the month of sept 2015. simultaneously, a field officer (one leady officer - name not known) came to my home and asked about the loan amount i required? i replied that, i have already taken a personal loan from sbi for rs. 5, 00, 000/-, out of which rs. 3, 22, 752/- is still due to pay.in addition to this, i also need an amount of rs. 3, 00, 000. so, i need a total of rs. 6, 22, 752/-. she assured that we will try to sanction the amount as you need. i asked her to rate of interest, emi and other quarries regarding personal loan. she told that all information regarding personal loan will be provide by devi das.

                3.in the month of sept 2015, devi das came at my home with blank agreement and documents of personal loan. he asked me to sign in blank papers and he will prepare all the documents at his branch.in his good faith and showing my brother hood, i signed on all the blank documents. when he was leaving my home, he told me to respond the confirmation call from bank in yes and further he will manage all for my personal loan formalities. after that, no communication/ information from him or branch i received till next one month. on 04th nov’2015, a sum of rs, 9145/- deducted by hdb as first emi. it made me shocked and i called to devi das regarding deduction of my emi. he replied that we have sanctioned 3, 60, 000/- in favour of you and an amount of rs, 3, 24, 735/- as due loan amount of sbi has also been cleared. he also said that, you have to pay emi on every due date for this sanction loan. he also said that a cheque of rs, 23, 339/- for remaining amount has also been prepared in favour of you, which is kept with me.

                4. a loan was sanctioned in my favour vide loan account number 1147174 without providing all the necessary documents like sanction order as well as loan agreement. how an official of your branch cleared my loan in sbi without my confirmation and in my absence.

                5. now, on pursuance of my loan account no. 1147174 online, i found that, my loan is sanctioned on interest rate of 18% flat. it was a shocking moment for me and i felt that i have deceived by someone. to clarify this, i called mr devi das and he asked about rate of interest. he replied that, you have to deposit emi of rs. 9145/- per month for six month and a loan of rs. 3, 00, 000/- will be sanctioned more to you on 14% interest rate reducing without any formalities.

                6. after elapse of more than 06 months neither my additional loan amount of rs. 3, 00, 000/- was sanctioned nor my rate of interest was reduced. again i tried to contact mr devi das and tried to clarify about my emi @ 18 %. he replied that, i have decreased your emi rate of interest from 18% flat to 14% or 15 %. i requested him to not deceive me as emi rate is still showing 18% in my loan account. i further told him that, i will not pay the emi with this rate of interest and i will complain against you to your branch head as well as in consumer forum about this forgery. i continuously paid the emi for the said loan till may 2016. when no action was taken about reducing of my rate of interest, i stopped the emi payment for the month of june 2016.

                7.in the month june ’16, two persons namely mr bharat kumar & mr jeasmeet singh called me and asked to pay emi for the month of june’2016. i requested them to make available mr das who had assured me emi rate 14% to 15 %, and arranged loan from your branch in my absence. he also done loan formalities illegally / forgery and cleared my sbi loan rs, 3, 24, 735/- (emi 12094/- @ 14% reducing). he never communicated me regarding sanctioning loan amount.


                8. on 27 sept’2016, jeasmeet singh alongwith mr bhart kumar called me and asked to meet me. i met with them. during the meeting they used slangs and inappropriate language by saying “apph nonsence ho, aph choor ho, aph mera paisa lekhe bhag gaye ho aur me aph se nai bhath karna ya aph ka me nai sunna”. they also threatened me and said that, if you don’t deposit the emi, it would be harmful for you and your life. this incident made me in depression. these guys always make call and use threaten language, due to which i am mentally upset.

                9. i informed my senior officers about this and said that, i am going to lodge a fir in the police station for this misbehavior and threaten. my senior officers suggested to talk branch manager about these incidents. they also suggested me to go police station, if no action is taken at their end at their level.

                4.in view of above, it is requested to look into my matter and go through the whole case, as the same is required to reduce the rate of interest of my loan from 18% flat to the rate of interest being provided to the consumers as per the rbi guide lines. necessary action against all three officials namely mr. devi das, mr. jesmeet singh, and mr. bharat kumar must to be taken at your end for their forgery as well as misbehavior.

                5. you are also requested to provide all loan documents i. e loan sanction order, loan agreement copy, acknowledgement of loan sanction cheques and photo copy of all documents at the earliest so that necessary action could be taken at my end. it would be last option for me go in police as well as in consumer forum if you don’t take appropriate action them.

                  Hi sir/madam. I am the employee of hdb financial services which is located in hyderabad. On 30th of dec so many of them got much bonuses but i didn't get bonus, so i have asked to hr madam regarding of bonus issue, she said who ever is not getting incentives from last moth they got much incentive and who ever is getting monthly incentive they didn't get bonus.
                  Is the way to calculate the bonus, who is performing well in this year like me they didn't get bonus and who is not performing not well they got much bonus.

                  Finally i realize that if anyone is performing well they don't have value in office as per salary.

                  I am the employee of HDB Financial Services which is located in Hyderabad. On 30th of SEP all the members got bonus but I didn't get bonus, So I have asked to Hr Madam regarding of bonus issue, they said from starting of this year to till now who didn't 10k incentives those people got bonus and who got more than 10k incentives those people didn't get bonus.

                  Is the correct way to giving the bonus to us please check it out and see all the employees are equal.

                  Finally I realize that if anyone is performing well they don't have value and now a days they are pressuring us to reach the targets.
                  My personal loan account number is 791280. Due to sme reason i fail to pay emi on time one month next month 14 th september 2016. I pay amount of Rs 19114/- in cash. But its not yet updated in my account. and loan account showing overdue of Rs. 20000/-..kindly do the need ful.

                  This type of comapany it's worst behaviour and culture this is not fair for employees because they also not provide good salary and incentives why they run this business this kind of company littrely unrespective and management also it's shameless i think but i work in that company it's treated like uneducated even small company also give some amount it's employees will have more spend thier time in this organisation i think this policy will not good for this company thank you

                    I am Thangamani from Tuticorin. I have availed a loan from HDB Tuticorin (Rs.1200000/- in the name of Firm and Rs.200000/- in the name of self-Thangamani) and repaying the same promptly. Now I like to change the loan to HDFC LTD for lower rate of interest and got sanctioned. But HDB Tuticorin not accepting the closure cheque which was issued by HDFC LTD. They are also threatened me by telling "We will not return the property documents". As a customer I am so vexed by this answer and ashamed of HDBFS. Already I have paid 5 days interest to HDFC. I have paying interest for both sides. Kindly guide me to react further.

                      Sir,

                      I mr. Raghuveer d kamat has been cheated by the delhi based persons amit gupta introduced himself as manager of hdb finance-mobile no: [protected] & rishab bajaj introduced as asst manager - mobile no:[protected]. First they called me in the month of april’ and sold the policy of bharti axa policy no:-9721616 & assured me of loan sum of rupees 4 lakhs+15k as commission so the total loan amount what i was promised was 4.15 lakhs against the purchase of policy. Loan approval no:-bir0526262i was give to me and i was told that my loan was approved. I was told that i will have to pay 40k every year for next 10years for the insurance as premium. On maturity after 10years i will get 8 lakhs out of which my loan amount of 4lakhs +1.30 (30% interest) will be deducted and i will get 2.80lakhs inhard. I was asked to pay a cheque of 40k as first premium in the name of “bharti axa life insurance”which i had to borrow from my friends as i was short of cash& made a payment. Then i was was told that i will get the insurance paper posted to my home address within a week which i got at my doorstep on 4th june’16. But i didn't get the papers saying i will get 8lakhs. The bond paper stated that i will get 4.60lakhs on maturity. Then i was told by rishab & amit that i will get my loan amount credited to my account in 15 to 20 day once i get the money i will also get loan agreement paper in which the maturity amount of 8lakhs will be mentioned and also the breakup will be given so not to worry. Then after 10days one fine day rishab calls me and tells me that i have to pay 30k more which is required to clear the noc on my loan account. I refused him and told him i was not told about this when i agreed to go ahead with the scheme for which rishab & amit said they have waived it off for me as a special case so i don’t have to pay it. Then again on 1st july’16 amit called and said your loan money is ready. He asked me to pay service tax of 8k so that he can credit the money in the account same day. I did so as he convinced me that that money will be deducted from my next yearly premium of my insurance which is 40k so i will only have to pay 32k so i agreed. He asked me to make a payment in icici bank ac no:[protected], ifsc:-icic0001824 which belongs to pankaj kumar - mobile no:- [protected] (Accounts manager). After making the payment amit told me that i will get the loan amount the very next day. Then he was never in touch i called him but he never picked my call. I called rishab he told me that there is some funds issues with hdb finances and i will not get my loan amount now it will take another 15 days i was promised that i will get in by 30th july. When i checked there was no money. When i called rishab & amit they didn’t reply. Then after a week rishab called me and told me that i will get the money on 22nd aug’16. I checked but i didn’t get any money. Then again he told me its delayed and i will get the money on 2ndsep’16. I didn’t get. I called him but from that day till date his phone is switched off. Now amit gupta again came into picture & he promised me that i will get the money on 22ndaug’16 200% but i didn’t get it again. Now again he promised me 30th sep’16 i will get the money 400% but i didn’t get the loan amount. When i had asked him about rishab he had told me he had gone to australia for office work and will come back in a week but even today if i call rishab bajaj his phone is off & amit gupta is not picking my call. He had promised me if i don’t see my loan amount credited to my account on 30th sep’16 i will get full refund of 48k which i have paid for insurance & the insurance will get cancelled.
                      I request you to take stringent action against amit gupta & rishab bajaj for this scam & refund my money. I cant afford to loose 48k. I hope you as an organization will help me and support me to expose both of them and will pay back my money. If i don’t get positive result from you i will have to forward all the details and phone records of the calls to mumbai crime branch so that i can trace them both and put them behind bars and also recover my money. Looking forward for your positive reply.

                          I am totally fed up and feeling to much depressed. Please help me about it.
                          Cus if my salary is 9800 rs in hand than i must got about 14373 rs. For 44 days.
                          I m really feeling bad cus i enough paid on my travel expenses about 4thousand in these 44 days. And this salary is without expenses.

                            Dear sir,

                            I was employee of hdb financial services limited (subsidiary company of hdfc bank) since nov 2015 to april 2016. (employee id - hdb42898, bcm - banswara branch)

                            I gave my resignation notice on 15/03/2016 and serve notice period of 1 month. my last working day was 13/04/2016. company has not paid my full and final payment for last 44 days since 6 months. i have been continuously following up with mr. kalpesh chobisa (branch manager banswara), mr. imran khan (cluster manager) mrs. anushka manglik and ms. rakesh kumar (hr manager), on the same and recently came to that my settlement has been kept on hold due to late filing of exit key form by 18 days. company is saying that as per the policy, employee is supposed to file the form within 30 days from last day of service. however due to communication gap, the said information and policy requirement was not available to me. also the branch (new branch in banswara city) is very new and nobody knew the process as such to guide me with it. now they are not giving me any salary on acccount of late submission of exit key.

                            I have already filled the form with all the information and have forwarded the same to ms. rakesh kumar (hr) on date 01/06/2016 through bluedart courier (pod no.[protected]) to jaipur office and also via email attachment to mrs. anushka manglik (hr) on 23/08/2016.

                            I don't have any company asset with me and do not hold any liability towards company or its representatives. i got relieved from my services after serving the required period of 1 month as per my contract of employment. because of pressure of work and some pending deliverable i also served 2 days of extra work. now nobody is replying from company.
                            Request you to please look into my matter.

                              Pending of loans

                              This is Mrs subramanian.He avail loan from hdb financial services. His loan account no :1403642. Loan sanctionEd on 19th MARCH 2016. He received welcome letter on 23rd March. Till date there is no pending of payment from my side. Not only this loan you can also check my previous loan account 906354. I am paying promptly.

                              Manager Mr suresh and staff harassing me very much that one month(April ) due is pending .loan sanctioned...

                              Closing of loan a/c

                              Hey hi,
                              I am one of its customer, I visited my branch (tilak nagar) for prepayment of my loan AMT but the answer given by them is not satisfying to me, I couldn't get any gud response from their side and They r just making excuses and delaying the process.
                              SO I just wanted you to provide me the mob no or email Id of concerned person so I can take further action against them or resolve my issue

                                The behaviour of Kamla nagar branch staff is so bad that they don't knw how to speak to the Coustmer if someone is calling nd if there is an urgency they don't respond nor they r available in office half of the tym the coustmer is told that the concerned person is not available in office. There has been no one to guide the customers guards are told to attend the coustmer.
                                My loan is going on wid Hdb and I've been facing so much of problem in getting my loan closed.
                                Just because of this behaviour I had to switch my loan to some other bank and the staff is fully aware of the facts just because of there behaviour and neglegance I had to switch my loan to some other bank.
                                The branch manager of Kamla nagar Mohit Gupta is again one male egoistic that he doesn't knw how to speak to a female
                                He be busy will all the other work than just his official work
                                It's been 11days that I've given my cheques for the loan closure but still no mail being received by anyone nd no response abt the property papers.
                                I already have sold the property against which my loan is going on and given advance against a new property but Mohit Gupta's states it's not his problem
                                Kindly help me support me and guide me to deal with this problem

                                I informed to the manager of the bank to preclosure to account on 6th september by letter... but still there is no intimation from bank. i request you to take immediate action.

                                  My business loan number is 1223022.We are following for auto debiting of ecs from last 5months and around 15 times document has been taken from us but we were not got any response and proper answer from your team.From last 2 months no one is came to collect demand draft also .We are not satisfy with your service.

                                  There is a failure in deduction of instalment amount from my account through ECS process & the all officers are not cooperative, thus I do not get any response from branch office LALITPUR (284403) I request you to process my complain so that I may be able to with you as a costumer for future .
