I am ‎sandeep kumar son of shri risal singh, village assawarpur district sonipat haryana, sir my transport business, my one vehicle registration number hr69 b 5700, loan number 1113094. मै जनवरी फरवरी महिने में बिमारी के कारण, tulip multiple hospital sonipat में एडमिट हूआ था जो कि लम्बे समय तक इलाज चला, मेरे काम को उस समय कौई सम्भालने वाला नही था, इसलिए मै किस्त जमा नही करा पाया, कुछ दिन बाद मुझे दोबारा से बिमारी के कारण हस्पताल मे एडमिट होना पड़ा, जब मै बिमारी से निकल कर काम करने लगा, तो मैने 6th महिने में एक किस्त जमा करा दी ओर बाकि किस्तें भी जल्द ही जमा कराने के लिए कौशिश कर ही रहा था कि बैंक कर्मचारियों ने गाडी को 6th महिने में ही अपने कब्जे में ले लिया, मैने सभी किस्तों का प्रबंध करके 250000₹, दो लाख पचास हजार लेकर hdb ओफिस करनाल में जमा कराने के लिए गया, जो कि पेमेंट इससे भी कम जमा करानी थी, लेकिन बैंक कर्मचारियों ने यह कह कर मुझे वापस भेज दिया कि आपको दूसरा गारंटर देना होगा, मै दूसरे गारंटर को लेकर दोबारा से करनाल ओफिस गया तोबैंक कर्मचारियों ने दूसरे गारंटर की भी गारंटी लेने से इंकार किया ओर कहा कि पहले वाले गारंटर को ही लेकर आओ, तब गाडी को छोड सकते है, लेकिन पहले वाले गारंटर ने मना कर दिया, तब मैने आपके बैंक कर्मचारियों से बहुत ही विनती की लेकिन उन्होंने दूसरे गारंटर को लेने से मना कर दिया, अब बैंक मेरी गाडी को बेच रहा है, तो मेरी आपसे विनती है कि मेरी गाडी को बेचने से रोका जाए, म पिछे वाला सारा बकाया जमा करा रहा हू बैंक अब तक का सारी किस्तें जमा कराके मुझे गाडी दे तो मै आपका बहुत आभारी रहूँगा, एक किस्त एडवांस में भी जमा करा दूंगा, मुझे मेरी गाडी दिलाने का कष्ट करें,

With your reference no. Los id 1416327 as dated 31/03/2016 and your welcome letter ref. No.[protected]. Regarding sanction of loan of rs.120 lacs, in favour of m/s hotel kanha inn address 10 a riddhi siddhi nagar kunhari, kota (Rajasthan) 324008, in which you have deducted rs.60594/- against loan protection charges (Policy) without my prior approval/consent.
This amount has been deducted by you along with other deduction like ecs charges rs.115/-, hdfc ergo premium rs.10958/- and processing fees rs.137400/- thus total deduction was made rs.209067/- out of above said loan sanction amount.
As per contract note dated 31/03/2016, the insurance was only to be made against property insured against fired earthquake terrorism floods etc. Nowhere personal insurance (Loan protector) was required and nor it was needed.
This issue was already verbally brought in the notice to the kota branch hdb financial services, before signings on the above contract note to the branch manager of hdb kota and dsa of hdb kota has assured to me that this amounts will be refunded or credited in your
Account directly before disbursing the above said loan, but after verification of the loan amounts in my account through rtgs no such amounts was credited in my account and i have shocked due to misrepresentation by your dsa in kota.
You are therefore very kindly requested that the above said policy may kindly cancel at your end. This may kindly be treated as request letter within the stipulated period for needful action for cancelation of policy in case of issued to me. I have not received any policy till today.
In case of no action is taken at your end i will have no option except to proceed the court of law for recovery of above said policy amounts rs 60594 along with all legal expenses which will be incurred by me to make the recovery of the above said amounts. I am also suffering in my business due short this amount which was urgently needed by me.
It is therefore kindly requested that hdfc slic credit protect plus policy of rs 60594 may kindly cancel and this amount may kindly refund to me in my current account number [protected], of sbbj branch rishi sidhi nagar kunhari kota (Ifsc code sbbj0011082) in favour of hotel kanha inn and inform to me within 48 hour from receipt of this letter on the following email id 1. 1. I have sufficient balance in my account however hdb finance company not clear ecs on time, and always tell me over phone your ecs is bounced. But after ecs date the amount is clear. When i visit my bank andhra bank they told no any ecs is hit in your account and my bank never charged me for ecs bounced. I have facing that problem last six months.

But on emi deduction date I got a message that my cheque has bounce. I am faced this problems every month. Might be due to technical reason my cheque has been bounce but that is your system fault so I am not gone be pay any penalty. I (ambu j j - loan no. 594900) has taken a personal loan on 31/01/2014 of amount 1, 50,[protected].00 after processing fee). the representative (robin) who approached me said the interest rate as 16 %. i also asked about the pre-closure details. he said you can close the loan at anytime after 1 year and there own be any penalty.

When i verified the details of loan i found that the bank is charging more than 16%.
I approached the bank and asked the interest rate and i was informed that the interest rate is 21 % which is 5 % greater than what your representative conveyed.

I had paid the last 30 months of emi without any penalty. i am paying rs.5651/- as emi (ie for 21% rate) instead of rs.5274/- (if the interest rate is 16%). i couldn't have taken the loan if the representative said the interest rate is 21%.

The second thing is regarding the closure of loan.
When i asked about the closure procedure in the bank on 2/6/2016, the person said that i have to pay a penalty of 4% of the balance amount as interest and service taxes of that amount.

I already raised the complaint to trivandrum branch and to customer support several times via email.in - order to reply via email, i have to register my email id. now i registered my email with you. (in order to register my email id with the bank i visited the bank 3 times).

I approached your bank (trivandrum branch for 3 times between 15/07/2016 and 4/08/2016) for closing my loan. each time i am gett6ing negative responses and your people are not allowing me to close my loan amount. i tried to contact your bm several times but cound'nt meet him.

Dear sir,
This is a complaint application against the personals working at hdb finance lucknow uttar pradesh. I have 2 (Two) ongoing comercial vehicle loans which i took for a period of 30 monts, which would subside in the next 8 months. All my emis are in order and are regularly being paid. Since the last one month i have been requesting then to send me the accounts statement of the loans because i need them urgently to apply for another loan. On doing so i get nil responce from the officials, they have been telling me that it is in procedure. Time to time they come up with some new ways to avoid my work. I have loans in other bank but on requesting them i easily get the. I hope that you will listen and act to my complain. I hope you understand how urgently i need it. The bank has not even resolved my tds problem for the year 2014- till present date.
Kindly do the needful in providong me with the statments.

I am sunil sharma from bhilwara rajasthan. My acc no is 476129. I am ur customer for very long time. One of your employee named bhanwar singh comes to my home yesterday he abuses my wife. He threatened her. And use very bad language. When she was alone. So its my humble request to take serious action against him. So that this type of mis behavior will never be happened again.

We had a home loan from obc bank then a representative from hdb financials said that he will provide us the loan at lesser rate than obc. he cheated us and converted our home loan into lap at the rate of 14.5%. he gave us the sanction letter after transferring the loan from obc to hdb. now to repay this loan we have sold our house and we have given application for closure letter.

But no one is giving us exact time by when we will get the closure letter and its being more than a week that we have given an application.

I m monica mhatre. I have the salary account in hdfc bank. But i left the job because of some reason in may 2015. Bt my account is still open. And it has some charges for pay. My ac number is [protected]. And i dont knw about that charges. Suddenly i got the message from the bank to pay the charges.

Four weeks ago mr. selvakumar (mobile no. [protected] and [protected]), from thanjavur hdb financial services office came and requested me to take personal loan from hdb financial services. i refused to take personal loan. after his repeated requests, i have agreed for a small amount around rs. 50000.00 (rupees fifty thousand only) and given my documents around 35 nos. of a4 sheets. after two days, a person with name, mr. pandiyarajan (mobile no. [protected] and [protected]) from m/s. muthoot finance, spoke to me regarding this loan application given by me to hdb fs. i wondered and asked him, as i applied for loan from hdb fs, why i am getting an enquiry from m/s. muthoot finance. the next the same mr. pandiyarajan told that, he is speaking from hdb. this is past. on 3.7.16 the previous person mr. selvakumar spoke to me and told my application is rejected. i agreed that and requested him to return the documents submitted by me. then on 5.7.16, mr. selvakumar told, he would not return my documents, as he is a volunteer in human rights commission, he need not return my documents. again i requested to return my documents on the same day 5.7.16. as they are not returned, i think, they wanted my documents for illegal purpose. kindly guide me and take necessary action pl. thanking you. thanjavur a. lakshmi narayanan ([protected])

We are dealer of M&M in Kota - Rajasthan, HDB is providing finance on new cars, at the time of delivery HDB provides a delivery orders to us along with final amount of disbursement with commitment.
In two cases we received less amount from the commitment amount and now nobody is here to resolve the matter. Currently we have stopped the business with HDB. Pls provide correct person details, who can sort the matter.

I have taken a loan of 4.5 lakh from your bank .branch name -Malviya Nagar loan no-951816 on may/2015 . I paid 206232 rupees of 4.5 lakh in 12 EMI and paid the due amount of loan on 2/05/2016. the bank has demanded some extra charges after closure of the loan which was initially 22880 rupees . but the bank authorities made me to pay 23082 rupees through check (check no-000134 Bank of Baroda branch-Bharat Nagar ). The check has bounced due to some reasons not in my knowledge then I call the bank representatives to come to my house and collect the money in cash but they did not show up and did not collect the money i have called them several times but they do not respond now they have increased the amount to 23900 rupees .it is really disappointing for me i request you to contact me regarding my complain as soon as possible

My self kunalkumar popatbhai chovatiya having partnership firm shree agro beej nigam at junagadh-362001, gujarat.

i have applied for the load in HDB Financial Services Limited in junagadh branch in last year feb 2015 and i had provided all the document of firm and personal document with signature, Audit report of the firm, i have not submit any blank check of the firm for the security purpose.
Now i got the latter from the HDB that my firm having debt of Rs.35 lac and the applicant is SHREE AGRO BEEJ NIGAM, SO, i personally visited the HDB branch of junagadh, i was socked to facing the experience with the officials of the branch. Officials said that my loan was sanction in APRIL 2015 and amount of loan transfer to my Ex-partner and HDB officials also said that the account was operated by the family member of the my Ex-partner. After making a inquiry at my level i come to know that document which i submitted is used by the one of the Family member of my EX-partner and Mr. Pandya officals at HDB having contact number [protected] they both making a fraud with me and misuse of my document for getting a Rs. 35 lac.
My compliant is that if my loan was sanction by HDB than please transfer my loan amount in my firm account and take harsh action against the officials within the HDB who make fraud with customer for getting a handsome amount of money.

As we have got your soa of our lone account.In this you have charge overdue charges of bounced emi but there is difference in amount you have charge as per agreement. As per agreement over due charge is 2% of emi but you have charged more than that so please look in to the mater and revise the same in our account statement.
