Dear sir, last 4 month i have problem to not cut gold loan 2045647emi in my icici bank acount, because hdb bank says not eccepted icici bank my ecs mandate, but now 28 april icici acepted ecs mandate this msg i receive{ dear customer, your ecs mandate for hdb financial services ltd has been setup under the mandate no. ECS is being debited every month without the availment of loan for the consumer loan for buying AC in Viveks Nanganallur branch. I have approched several times but there is no response and also rude behaviour of the staff Mr.Govindharaj. Need immediate attention and rectification.
