HDB Financial Services — not releasing my salary and no positive responses

Respected sir,

My concern is i had resigned as sales executive from hdb financial services on 8 may 2019. Whereas i have received my releiving letter and experience certificate from them. Due to some issue i had closed that hdfc account in which my salary got credited every month when i was there employee. But i have recieved mail from them that they had processed my fnf amount which i have not rec. Yet. As i have closed my account (I have informed them via mail) i have already shared my another account details for initiating my fnf but they are not bother about it. It's been a year they have not replied to my mail in a positive manner and they never pick the call as i have tried hundred of times.

Please find attached your relieving letter and/or f&f settlement sheet. Please note that, issuance of hard copy of relieving letter has been discontinued and the same is being issued in pdf format only.
As per rpfc guidelines, resigned employees must transfer their provident fund contribution to their new / existing organization. Please refer to attached pf transfer process.
Please write back to your respective center hr manager / regional hr manager / resource manager, in case you require any clarification.

I would like to inform you that i had not received my fnf in my bank account registered with you as that was closed earlier due to some.

Its my humble request if you can credit my fnf amount in my another hdfc bank account only. Which is reopened by me on same customer id.

I would be very thankful if you can help me out of this. This is my hard earned money so requesting you to do the needful.

If you allow me then i can provide you another hdfc's bank account number.

I would request you to please give me your your precious 5 minutes so that you can just know my situation, however i'll let you know the whole situation in short i am requesting hdb hr team to provide my fnf in other account as details of that account are mentioned in trail mail.

Due to some reason i had closed my account in which your team had provided me fnf as ms mansi stating it in below mail, which i had not received because that account was not working at the time of fnf completion.

My request:
