Ad hoc statment charge ₹118 deduct from my account Without information dated on 16/11/2017 When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer. But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 16/11/2017 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.
