Dear sir i had taken iphone worth 78000 mobile in big c himatnagar hyderabad. And cash back 15000 will be created to my bank account after completing 3months, my consumer loan no [protected] and 5month my loan cleared i don't received 15000 refund. Credit Card Application #DCC[protected] showing under review since 7th November. I thought most modern banks were digital enough to not take this long to process and make a decision on a CC application ?
