HDFC Bank — 25 thousand rupees has no record. Hdfc life and hdfc bank fraud
On 7th Sep 2015 i paid the HDFC Life premium of 25k using my HDFC Bank credit card. After few weeks i got a message from HDFC Life that my policy will be lapsed soon due to non-payment of premium amount. Since then i am writing/visiting HDFC Bank and HDFC Life offices but both are denying the payment. My 25 thousand rupees has NO record since 3 months. My credit card statement clearly says that i have paid 25K from my side but Merchant (HDFC Life) is denying the payment. HDFC bank has already deducted the amount. I have become a football between both the sister concern companies. I requested both to speak with each other and track my money but they never do as they are not sincere to resolve the issue.
