[Resolved] HDFC Bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst

I have charged rs 177.00 for 3rd party cash txn inc 3rd party cash txn inc gst 130918-[protected] on[protected].

If customer contact customer care they will give some reason. If not money will go to the bank for no reason.

They are cheating the customer and louting the customers' money.
I want to know the reason for this? Why is this happening?
