It is totally worst experience from hdfc as well as the customer care.
I tried to withdrawn of 4.5k from the sbi atm. atm didn't give the amount but the amount is debited from the account and had waited for mints in front of the atm machine.
I have lodged a complaint on the same day regarding the above issue and complaint number is 1112934 and i just recieved the compalint number thats it. there is no progress in the redund of the amount. whenever i call customer care they tell some other reasons and it is almost 10days completed.
It is very worst experience from hdfc.
So kindly advice you to look into it and resolve the issue as soon as. Was this information helpful? |
