Sir,
I have a hdfc credit card no.[protected] (K c narender) and its validity date is upto 9/19. As per your messages i have to link with aadhar card to hdfc credit card your massge says " link to ascc 12 digit aadhar card no. And message o 5676712

But it never goes/reaches to you. Kindly advise for next course of action

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that you can update the Aadhar Number on your credit card account by sending duly signed letter along with the photocopy of Aadhar card from your registered email id through scanned copy to the below mentioned email id to enable us to review and assist you accordingly. We regret to inform you that we are unable to link the Aadhar Number with your credit card through SMS. You may write to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com and we shall assist you.
