I have applied for HDFC Life policy17139698 online, submitted all the documents and done the payment on 9th October'14. On 30 October 2014 I had my medical check up done, now its been like a month and I haven't heard anything from HDFC Life about my insurance.
I called up many times at the customer service, however every time I get a new date and assurance from your team that I will be receiving a call back in 2 days about my insurance. Not sure how long is this 2 days. Till date there is no communication from your end. I wrote emails as well but they don't even bother to respond back.
I called up today again, heard hell lot of excuses and they again asked me to wait until Tuesday as by then I will get a call for sure but I am quite confident that nothing is going to happen. Its almost 2 months I have done the payment for my insurance. If by Tuesday I don't hear anything from you people then I will go for cancellation and I am NOT going to pay for any cancellation charges or medical or anything. I am making it a point from now itself and if required I am going to escalate to the higher level as well.. This is disgusting and awful way to treat your customers. Your services are pathetic.
