HDFC Bank — A/C Has been deducted since 1 Months till it has not been refunded

Myself Biswa Ranjan Mahapatra and on 15/10/2014 when i was filling GATE 2015 form mistakenly my A/C No-[protected] has deducted of amount 1520/- because why i have made complaint on home branch also but till now it has not been refunded.
