[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — a/c on hold from last 4 months

Address:121/5, RABINDRA SARANI, NEW BARRACKPORE, KOLKATA, 700131

I'm having 2-wheeler loan currently active to my a/c of hdfc bank & had few emi due previously. But in january-2019, i've paid all the amounts including my emis and credit card bills, everything.

But after clearing all the amounts, they are now refusing to unhold my a/c.
I've followed all the steps or procedure they've asked me to do with this regards, but issue remains the same.

I didn't get any response from them even after dropping email (See the attachment).

Request you log a complaint and help me to unhold my a/c.
