Hi team, my account is with a negative balance of rs 22000 which includes. My car loan and personel loan. The loan wasnt paid on time becuase of some financial. Crunches which i am facing since last 6 months. So i the loan automatically gets deducted on last day of everymonth as the account is a salary ac. Now account got blocked due to no reason. When i asked the team, they said due to kyc, it is blocked. I am not able to receive any funds and my salary date is last day of every month
I already submitted my kyc documents to my salary ac branch. Please unblock my account asap so that the salary can be credited.
