[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — account blocked despite re-kyc submitted

I have current account with hdfc bank paschim vihar branch delhi with customer id 52999646. I got message at 8 pm on 16 nov 2017 that ur account has been blocked as u have not submitted re-kyc. I had not received any reminder earlier. I immediately submitted all documents to branch manager at hdfc0000327 branch on 17 morning itself and they assured that account will be unblocked by evening. But till now account is showing blocked. It’s my current account and i had lot of transactions lined up and the sudden blocking is affecting my business. Also my emi are getting bounced which is affecting my credit score.

This is utmost high handed behaviour by hdfc bank to its loyal customers. I have pledged never to advice anyone to open account with hdfc again

Banks are lifeline for any business and account should have been unblocked immediately on submission of docs to branch
