I have received welcome kit in my address of account ***********6655 . But you guys block my account . Why ? If you sent welcome letter, then why can't I delivered? Its your responsibility. Today I received the email and message that my account is blocked. I have completed KYC and received debit card as well as pass book. I transact many times. They why are you guys disturbing me ? Customer id[protected]. Dear MR.. KAUSHIK KARFORMA, Welcome Letter for A/c XXXXXXXXXX6655 has returned undelivered. Due to this, account has been blocked. Please visit your Branch to help us assist you. I received welcome kit with debit card on 2nd March 2021. But you guys harassing me. I am new in hdfc bank, and I experienced a horrible service .
