I got my address updated in my HDFC account. The address for successfully a updated and I received the confirmation mail and message on my registered number.
Post few days, I received a mail from
[protected]@hdfcbank.net on 6th December, 2022 stating that the ‘ Address change Initimation Letter has been undelivered and for security reasons UPI, Nebanking and Cards have been temporarily disabled .’
On 6th December 2022, I was unable to do any payments or receive payments on my HDFC account .My Internet banking/Debit cards are blocked completely.I visited the nearby branch and inquired. They were clueless ..
It is a salary account and I am worried that my December month salary won’t get credited as no payments are being accepted .
I feel so helpless being locked out of my own account .
I have tried calling and visiting branch but no help!
