[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Account | |||
Dear Team, I am a happy and a privileged customer of HDFC bank, was holding 2-3 accounts with HDFC Bank. I was told that all my account will be Zero balance while opening the account however the account has started being charged now for non-maintenance. I visited to branch several times and could understand the policy, being told that I cant close my account i.e. [protected] as two loans are linked to my account . All my loans have been closed and it is not de linked – not my fault. I have been told to call the loan department and get it closed which I very well did, they told it has been delinked. I visited branch again, they denied to close the account again for which I am writing to you now. Request you to please don’t trouble me more and close my account i.e. [protected] which is of Delhi branch. Don’t tell me to visit your branch again for this –I wont & visited enough & interacted enough with your staff- Please close my account [protected] .
