[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Account Closure

I have raised a request to close my bank ac and it was told that within 4 working days the account will be closed but from past two week i have not got any update .this is the second time when i am not getting any proper update from bank side and when ever i call to customer care they directly say we cant do any thing you have to contact the branch .I dont know what kind of customer service is provided by the hdfc bank.Please look into the matter in urgent basis and try to resolve it. I am hdfc credit card holder and i am using this services for past two and half year but the type of customer service which i am getting from hdfc i think i have to close my credit account also.
